Tim Hortons

I go here often because it's close to work and they're the rudest. One time the owner was interviewing a girl in the customer area and he said "you have a nice clean look, you didn't come covered in tattoos with piercings" - I'm pretty sure he's not allowed to discriminate or tell someone he does discriminate. The Filipino employees talk in their own language in front of you as well.

Went from 2 grand a year in Tims to 0.00 Love this place for showing me such bad service. I will never spend money at a Tims again due to this place. 14 months running now. Loving it !

Hit and miss. Been through a few times and they don't listen to your order. They have never gotten my order right and I'm through there a couple times a week. Today, they made a mistake with my order that I didn't notice until I got to work. This is after I sent my order back in the drive through. When i called to mention, the staff member who picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me. Customer service is not their strong suit.

Location has two drive-through ordering lanes. I eat indoors. Mostly a lineup in morning 10:00 am at both. Services are fast, staff pleasant, food consistent.

Past few days their toaster was not working and 2 out of 3 times they BURNT my food on the grill. Had problems in the past, cold breakfast, etc. They are in too much in a hurry to get you through their drive thru there is no customer service. Found a much better location.

Worst! I mean absolutely WORST tim hortons ever!!! They rush your service in drive thru and the coffee ALWAYS taste watered down & never stirred.
This is disgusting!! They have the worst location ever with the most retarded drive thru set up ever. F*** that tim hortons. Poor Staff, Poor Food Quilty & Poor location!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.

Worst tim hortons ever. They always run out of things, get my order wrong, etc. Recently, I ordered a bunch of food and drinks and things for me and my friends, I just ordered some tim bits for myself, and they CHARGED ME for the tim bits, and then it never came. So i asked them where my tim bits were, because everything else I had ordered for my friends came, except for the ONE THING that I had ordered for myself. They never offered to give me a receipt so I had no way to prove it, and then they started pretending they couldnt speak english. So I paid for Tim Bits and never got them.

Been to this location many times and have never been disappointed by the food or service.

There is nothing I can say that would be good about this place at all the manager Analyn should be fired for her very bad attitude. She treats her employees very very badly . She treats the customers even worse.my niece worked there she came home crying everyday because of the manger she quite and has yet to receive her 4 for taxes they are holding it in the office and the manager refuses to give it to her.

Not open 24 hrs as posted. Went there with the girl friend at 135 am for coffee and tim bits and the doors were locked so we tried the door on the patio side it was also locked and both drive through lanes were blocked off. The lady behind the counter gave a blank stare. So off we went to 711 for some crappy road doughnuts.

A place to get coffee in the morning there is a drive-through at this Tim Hortons and plenty of space inside there is lots of stuff so you get your stuff fast usually no lineups early in the morning if you are there before 8 a.m. Around 6 a.m. everything is baked fresh
