Tim Hortons

this is the worse tim hortons i've been to! i got a triple triple this morning and 2 chocolate chip cookies and my cookies are rock hard! so disgusting!

Great place for a coffee and donut. Or sandwich. Or oatmeal. Or soup.

My bf ordered a small decaf double double ... however I realized the ratio was going to be unbalanced for my liking so I told him to tell the lady we would like to make my small decaf one cream and one sugar instead and she had the audacity to say sorry we already made it. So instead of re buttaling. He just ordered a second small coffee. They are extremely inconsiderate

Love this Tim's. Great staff who are efficient and accurate.

Good location, very close to offices and shops.
It has several lunch meals with good prices.

Terrible drive through experience. Slowest service, hard to understand and incredibly slow to respond.

Worst / slowest drive through and hardest to understand servers. Often doesn't have or know about common products sold at all other Tim Horton franchises.

Very fast service. If you ask for something customised in the drive thru, check it before you leave. Have had things wrong once or twice.

Been coming here almost every Monday to Friday for the last 5-6 months and over the past 1-2 months the service went from amazing to I honestly don't want to go back.
I usually get the same stuff every time and they keep botching my orders, Every. Single. Day. It's literally 2-4 coffees and 2 bagels. Not that hard. Another huge issue is if your change is 0.25 cents or less they tend to keep it (not a big deal, except when you're purchasing other people stuff who gave you money or if you go EVERY DAY it adds up) I finally confronted a staff member about that, and apparently they just keep it as a tip. Here's a tip, give the customers their change back and they'll come back. I also had a manager give me a gift card as compensation for me having to come back multiple times because they kept messing up my order, well, that gift card had nothing on it, so thank you for literally nothing.

Very busy place. Never delayed drive through. Very hard working people. Always smiling. My favorite Tim's in town.
