Tim Hortons

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. We sat for 5 minutes at the speaker and had 0 acknowledgement. They took 2 cars to our left, and still nothing . So we moved to the window and the lady was shocked she didn't take our order. No compensation or apology. From start to finish through the drive thru for 2 coffees was 18 minutes. If we could of went out of line we would of.

order was wrong. I don't eat bacon never ate bacon in my life and I order chipotle chicken wrap no bacon but still got bacon.

Pleasant and quick service. Love the coffee.

This place is horrible... drive 2 mins to the next one and you get a hell of alot better service and no food poisoning!

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Never have anything on the menu. If you want anything other than coffee, I recommend driving to the next closest one.

Terrible service. I ordered 2 back bacons on a croissants. When I opened the wrap I have noticed there is regular bacon instead of back bacon.
I took it back and told them to replace it, which they did but the East Indian woman who was making those sandwiches was looking at me like she want to kill me with her sight.
I will not go there again. There are other Tim Hortons in area.

Staff seem to be very slow with service through drive through or at counter even when you're the only car. Can't say I remember ever having decent service at this location. It's sad cause it is in such a convenient location, but I've given up and will take my business elsewhere.

Fast service. Usually correct. Closes dt sometimes :(

Waited in the empty druvethru for 5 mins only to have them start serving the car in the other speaker lane who got there after me first. Then misunderstood double double for a mocha somehow all while ignoring me saying "thats everything" 4 times while trying to upsell me on espresso and hashbrowns

I've only ever met really great people working there

for me the best Tim of all, maybe the staff is so friendly or fast or is one of the most cleanest Tims, i dont know

Piece of plastic in my bacon croissant breakfast sandwich, same sandwich was burned, and I asked for sausage not bacon!

Drive through radio was also broken.

You sit and wait for minimum 3 minutes usually before someone acknowledges your existence in their drive thru. Even if you are the only vehicle in the lot, no matter what time of day.
Sometimes the coffee is stirred, sometimes it taste burnt, sometimes it's kinda lukewarm.
