Tim Hortons

Not good preparation. I tried a chicken sandwich and veggies, coffee and french vanilla mixed. I do not like the food here. See pictures. The food in T.h of Castleridge Asian market and the one close to superstore is good.

Overall good with great service, error on our order which was corrected, tough in and out as there is only one access.

I was freezing at that Tim Horton, The air condition was too high. It took a few minutes for my hot drink to get cold. They have No consideration at all. I m Not going there again and I will NOT recommend anyone to go there.

This place is the worse tims I’ve ever been to. The only reason I go it’s because it’s right next to my work. I go drive-thru almost everyday. The stuff are really rude there and they rush you so much!! They do not give you time to take out you wallet and pull out you credit card/ cash, and they do not give you time to put away your wallet before they hanging you the drinks. And I swear every single time the coffee is leaking from the lid. We would order 4 large double double and all of them would be leaking! How do you expect people to hold the coffee while risking to burn their hands? I never seen anything like these in other tims. This is just disappointing.

Usually stop here for coffee or a quick bit to hear. The staff is absolutely amazing, always serve with a smile.

This is one of the slowest Tim Horton's I've ever been to when you go inside. Usually they can't even run both counters, They take an order and run off to make it themselves. Drive thru is fine.

Always fast and efficient! Good Timmys stop.

I alwyas get wrong amount of cream abd sugar! Staff wasn't frienly at all!

I go to this place 4-5 times a week..it's close to my work..the service is great

Staff are courteous enough but honestly, I think that they are way too fast - things are missed like butter, honey, pb, napkins etc ... sometimes I have 3 people handing me my items -- money, coffee, breakfast items ... a few times the coffees almost dropped as the girls are turned away and not watching.
I appreciate the fast atmosphere ... but i would personally be more impressed with them recognizing me, knowing my name (We are there EVERY weekday morning) ... slow down 3-5 secs, take time to smile, greet and look at who you are handing items to.
Very Fast but VERY impersonal and rushed. Time and Numbers seem to mean more than the customer. RATING IS ABOUT 2.5/3 tops.
