Great fresh sandwich overtakes the slow service though.

In Fort maccloud got the order wrong 2 times. 2 coffees were Luke warm.

10 minutes for a donut and a soup?!? They have 10 people working back there and not one of them could pour a soup or grab a donut behind the counter?? Absolutely ridiculous!

Summary first;

Offers less then half of their advertised menu (not the good half) and poor customer service from employees that care more about being inconvienced then providing a good customer experience. Also the manager seems to not exist. Worst fast food place I have ever been too.

The details;

We have gone here a few times and they are always "out" of all of their heated food other then canned soup (we have been there at 7 or 8pm). They are understaffed and we once waited for 40 minutes in line only to find out they did not have my first three choices of items to order. Another time we went there they burnt my bagel, probably because they only had 2 staff and 15 customers. Then they used a line up barricade to block off all but two tables in the restaurant when there were 15 customers presumably because they don't want want to clean them afterwords.

Tim Hortons needs to get a new manager for this store to overhaul it, or if they decide that it is not worth it they should close the location.

I just like timmies coffee and steeped tea.they have a wonderful selection of donuts.soups.chili and sandwiches

Worst Tims in Canada. Sorry I don't have the time it would take to write multiple paragraphs.
Been here 3 different times they had no toilet paper in bathrooms.
Service is very bad staff are high school kids.
Cleanliness is horrible.
Too much to list.

I love this place the food is always great. I had a grilled cheese on a cheese bagel or was great.

After waiting for my food for ten minutes a staff member come over to tell me they could not make it. Informed her that I had been waiting ten minutes and they should of told me sooner. The staff didn't like what I was saying and walked away. So I left the store with a 7 dollar coffee

Restroom was dirty! Service was bad ordered food with my kids from my vantage point a bag with food flew over the warmer and hit the floor and it was picked up by an employee and served. Tried to talk to manager had no interest in what I had to say. Also spoke to customer service same thing poor!

Asked for twenty apple fritter timbits, and got a box of mixed timbits. The lady didn't see to care about the quality of my service. She just wanted to rush me out of there..

Waited 15 minutes for my wrap before walking out. Aperently they make food for drive through people before in house customers

Good place can take a lil long to get to till to order or her ur food some days but over all it Tim's it amazing
