I’ve gone to this location a few times however I will never be going again the stuff is rude. I came in October ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything begal I got a BLT my hash brown was hard an stuck to the bottom of the wrapper I called to complain they put my name in the book I went to go get my replacement where the lady at the front was rude for one the supervisor was also rude she came back claiming she couldn’t find my name in the book of course I was upset I spent at least 15$ that day instead of apologizing and making things right she walked away on me! I have had nothing but issues almost every time I go to this location. I was a manager at a fast food joint for 4 years I know how to handle customers and the way the lady handle my complaint was unacceptable I am beyond disgusted with the service at this Tim Hortons. And I have called the head office as well. Everyone there should be required to go through the training process again and an English course. I will never be going back to this Tim Hortons again the staff is useless and rude!! Drive 2 mins up the road to the Tim Horton’s attached to the esso save yourself the aggravation of not getting what you ordered !!!

Fast, friendly and they have never made a mistake in an order in the 10 years I have visited this location.

This place is an utter disappointment. I was ordering my food through the drive through and I couldn't ask a question because I was being screamed at on the speaker box and I couldn't understand a single word they said. When I tried to speak I was cut off and when I tried to ask the question at the window the man rolled his eyes and treated my simple question as if it were a huge inconvenience. I work in customer service where I am told to be fast and meet targets, but I am also told to be courteous and friendly and connect and get to know your customers. I don't agree with their, "fast service is better with no customer service" display. I'll never return here and I would rather go somewhere that I am going to be a valued customer.

THIVES- Drive through-charge more-Always ask reciept- didn't provid contact of the owner.
I almost go to this location every other day as my work place is near. I noted that the price is high at this one while i get charged differently at other tims(always drive through from coventry hill one). Today i feel the same thing that i am paying more money, so i asked for reciept. They charged me one dollar five cents more($1.05). I drove to front and went in.talked to manager. She said" do you want 🍩 or money" she returned the money. They are not only stealing from the ownerand customers of that tims but also making that location look bad.the way manager deal the situation i think they are all sharing at the end of the day.

The service was fast and the staff was very kind and considerate.
An elderly gentlemen was waiting in line and when he ordered the staff member offered to take his order out to him as he was having trouble standing.
Well done and great job.

So sad to write this review this location it was my favorite place to have breakfast and lunch
Almost every day for the last two years. Now the issue is the staff they need more customer
Service training. Especially on the drive through for the last 6 months almost every time I ordered something the gave me something different. People at the window

Only got 1 star because I'm addicted to the coffee... the staff here is so rude... they argue with you about your order which they consistently mess up... the drive thru staff are terrible... and overcharge for items you don't want... I would drive kms out of my way to avoid this location... rude staff, inaccurate orders... smarten up Tim!

Horrible staff. The lady was very rude. We ordered food and coffee but she said where to pick up both quietly and quickly so we had to ask again and she practically yelled at us like we were dumb. As well as when we got our food they put the hasbrowns at the bottom and they got destroyed and we couldn't even get them off the wrapping.

Decent coffee as always (though McD's" is getting better) don't mind coming for coffee . Staff - HORRIBLE !! Pathetic customer service infact employees here don't know how to interact with customers . I suggest the corporate time hortons should really have a good process of thourough checking before giving franchise to anybody and everybody. Get the basics right !!!

I give them no star. very disappointing I go there at 915 am order my self a coffee it was hot so I waited for it to cool. when I went to take a drink of it they have going me hot WATER with SUGAR!!! they work at a coffee shop and the girl gives me water with sugar I'm not even sure how to react. I think ppl should not be working at places if they don't understand what to do or at least go threw training haha for a coffee. I would be mind full going there supervisor is also not that wonderful. on the positive side at leave my Grama and I got a good laugh out of it.
