Terrible tim hortons never get the order right or run out of everything. Useless!!!

If you go through the drive-thru, be prepared for your order to be wrong. The worst Tim's I've come across in the city.

It's Canadian, and they've got doughnuts and hot chocolate!! :)

Worst Tim Hortons I've even been to. They can't anything right and they will sell you old food. DISGUSTING

The drive-thru is always really fast. Only complaints are that they never want to give sleeves (I generally have a coffee with 1 sugar) and that like another reviewer, I have experienced the "we ran out of x" at breakfast time way before noon.

Terrible service at the drive thru!! The woman there today was super rude!! Why so rude at 0530am!!! Zero for customer service!! Her and the supervisor I believe they are just terrible!! There's only one guy who's nice there latino I think very friendly!!

If I could rate with a negative star I would. Go place an order at 10:50 for breakfast and they advise they have "ran out of breakfast for the day."?! Like do your damn job you lazy scumbags. Don't advertise that breakfast is served til noon if you say you run out before 11. Its no wonder why you make minimum wage. Also, learn to stir correctly. I would hate to see how you cook a simple dinner at home "stirring" the way you do.

For what ever reason they usually get the order wrong. I tried to avoid this tim hortons because they mess up thw orders so often. Its very frustrating.

Drive thru service is SO terrible here. I live nearby and frequent this a few times a week and I have actually stopped. I only go to the one literally down the street in deerfoot mall. Seriously everyone hates their job here and they project it onto you. I have gotten the wrong order countless times, the last time I got a steeped tea with milk instead of black coffee...? How do you even screw that up, you label the lids for a reason. I used to work for YEARS at one when I was in my early 20's. If you hate your job, get another one. Its simple.

I go here every morning on my way to work and on the rare occasion it is okay but most the time it's the same woman and she is terrible at her job. Coffee is almost always past its 15 min fresh mark and usually when I pull up to get my coffee she is standing there warming her hands up on my coffee....I get its cold out but you have a heater there for a reason. Don't use my coffee as your personal hand warmer. Plus you've now handed me a half cold coffee.

Somewhat fast service but every single day my coffee gets screwed up somehow and ends up tasting awful. I regret coming to this location repeatedly but I keep coming back hoping they'll change.
