Tim Hortons

One of the worst Tims in Calgary. Due to its closeness to our home we go once a week. During rush times my order is often cold, or not correct. They don't seem capable of following custom instructions (I order no sauce, and always it has sauce). My best advice check your order.

I have never had a bad experience at this Tims bets place ! I go there every weekend with my cousins and it's always great

Sad to say that this Timmy's location always shorts me items from my order, and if there is a line i am uncomfortable to hold up the line while I check my order for completeness but if I don't check it, there is usually something missing. Keep in mind I am usually only ordering for two people, so not a huge order to get straight. Tonight, I went through and my bagel was burned black. They just put cream cheese on top of the black soot. So now I have to call to complain and I don't like having to do that. Wish that this was a better location, but I've started driving over to the Country Hills Tim Hortons even though it's out of my way. Also, this location is often dirty inside, and tables aren't wiped often enough.

Today Augst 25 2017 at 6:30, I have placed order using the drive thru, the girl taking the orders was so rude, this tim horton location are thieves, I have ordered something and they give completely otherthing, I will open the bag everytime i order form this location and check the order, this is not the first time happened to me they keep repeating it, the owner of this location has to watch the girl taking the orders at early morning, something wrong going there, even I heared from friends the same thing about that girl

Always like Tim's because of consistency. Same food and drinks. The only thing is I needed to ask a couple of times on different things. ie butter, receipt, etc

They always have something going on, seems like the employees enjoy working there too. I do buy on more than one occasion a week.

Faster than most Tim's, very friendly staff and they get the order right every time!

A little small but decent.

My family member was doing construction at this location and he told me he had seen a DEAD MOUSE and a DEAD BIRD in the water boiler. This place is unsanitary!!!!!! Makes sense why this place has an unpleasant smell. Not to mention how they never have any food in stock when I go to this location. I will never be coming to this location again.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. They're constantly out of food. Every single time I've been here they've been out of food. They don't ever have white bread and now they're always out of chicken. No chicken wraps, no chicken burgers. Go here if you want old coffee and stale donuts unless they've run out of that too. They never take the order down correctly either. They've forgotten the donuts, the bread several times.
