Not bad, busy with not a ton of seating isually.

McKenzie Towne Staff are awesome. Shauna is a great leader.

Good service at this location. Other than that is typical Tim Horton

The slowest service of any Tims anywhere. Food was same standard as elsewhere but had to wait at least 5 -10 mins for coffee and a sandwich , oh there was one person in front of us who didn't order anything substantial. The staff were friendly but slow.

Consistently poor quality food and beverages. Avoid this place or face disappointment.

Service has been relatively slow based on volume during my multiple visits. No fault of the Tim Hortons but the parking lot outside is a bit of a headache. I have seen 2 fender benders immediately out front.

Why is there NO DriveThru??? They built a brand new building for this Time Hortons and they could have easily Incorporated a DriveThru. Very Dissapointing.

Nicer than the standard Timmy's, modern decor and a decent amount of seating. Also love that almost all the tables have outlets with USB in them. As well there are electric car parking stalls with type I outlets. Entrance to the lot is a bit dicey and could of been planned better but overall a fun place to hang out.

It's a good place to hang out, the hot chocolate is OK, though I guess they don't quite know how to keep “The temperature down,” but overall good experience. They have good food for sure.

Decor is nice and clean with a cozy lounge area near the fireplace. Service has been a bit slow and have had to remind staff of the order. Out of the 4 times I have been here (at various times of the day), 3 times they have been out of donuts or the selection was just terrible. For a new restaurant that is not that busy yet, that is unacceptable. Will see if they improve.
