Tim Hortons

This review is specific for Sydney! She was so nice and helpful to me and my friends! If I remember correctly, I think her name tag said "training." She was GREAT!!

The cashier threw a whole pot of burning dark roast in my face just because I told her a trained monkey could make better coffee than her. I was just trying to give some constructive criticism. I liked her spunk though. 5 out of 5 stars. Would take a lot in the face again. *a scalding thumbs up!

Quick service, friendly staff, and good food. Nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy your food and drinks.

Best store to go to in town is the store on the north edge of town in Crescent Heights on Division, across the field from the Family Leisure Centre!!

Service seems to be up and down at the stores around town. My orders have been screwed up more here in Medicine Hat in the 2 years that I have lived here, than the 37 years years I lived in Winnipeg, and frequented the Tim Horton's stores there! I should also point out, that every store in Medicine Hat, except for the Crescent Heights store, are all owned by the same holding company. It shows, by how badly every store screws up orders, except for this one!! The Crescent Heights store seems to treat their customers with respect, and appreciates the return business. Personally, I drive across town to go for tea!
