Tim Hortons

I used to frequent them for my half hour breaks. Now I blatantly refuse to because they have made me late for returning to work one too many times.

Lines at peak times are long, but serviced quickly. However, once peak times are over, although the lines are shorter, they do not move, and the wait is typically as long, or longer. The food itself is indistinguishable from that served at any other Tims.

This is the worst location I've probably ever been too. Filthy, understaffed and nearly always out of menu items (they'll tell you after you've purchased mind you that they don't have half the ingredients to make your order). Constant panhandling inside. Awful

This location is in the downtown core, and serves people doing night shifts that typically begin at 11pm. E.g hospitality, healthcare, law enforcement etc. Can you make up your damn minds on the CLOSING TIME?! There is a difference between 10:50pm and 11:00pm. So unprofessional!! #Veryangry!!

Always under staffed, a few months ago it was ok. Now days there's no staff at peak hours, my wait then around 5 minutes now I'm standing in line for 10 minutes or longer? Worst service ever for the past couple months! More than often I'm waiting to grab my daily coffee and can't because my bus pulls up. Leaving empty handed, why!
Where's the service???? Always standing there in line, and there's no attendant at the till? 2-3 times a week I leave with no coffee because there's no staff?
