Very nicely service near my working place

Very small selection of food, but for size, it makes sense. They throw food away fairly early, around 9pm, so after that they only have coffee.

Terrible customer service. Cashier sighed while taking my order as is it was too much work for him

I have been their a couple times now and food and coffee sucks all old and rotten like the old Oriental cashier. Worst customer service ever he is giving Tim Hortons a bad reputation. DO Not Go To This Location!

The manager (Jo) ,is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and most disrespectful person I have EVER met!I'm sorry to point this one out,but I don't believe that I should just let stereotype attitudes slip off my fingers.Respect is the most important force in management.Even if you have different attitudes towards certain group of people,that's your own problem and you better keep them for the sake of creating a healthy environment.I hope the Tim Horton's head office (Corporate) sees this and take action towards it.I have never felt my anger and frustrations this deep before.
