The philipino women and men who work here are over the top friendly and spot on with your order . Very rarely have I had a wrong order. It's the best Tim Hortons in town in my opinion .

It's the standard service wherever I go. It's not more than 3 stars for any Tim's simply because they overcharge you on lettuce and tomatoes. I don't know how $0.50 per topping added to a breakfast $2.50 egg sandwich is justified?

Some pizza places I know would charge MUCH less - maybe even FREE! The only positive thing about any Tim's is that they make your order in a timely fashion, save for some franchises that don't want to keep up with the standard because it'll cost too much.

Honestly though, I don't see how INVESTING money on your business is such a big deal?! I get that small mom and pop shop will probably be a little stingy but Tim's man? Doesn't make sense...anyway, recommended if you're just craving tea or coffee. The ice caps are not that special they have too many sugar crystals can be a bother sometimes.

Other than that, the food is just above par level, nothing special or over the top.

Another good thing about them is the driveway can be fast on a busy morning.

Loved the place, it is a bit noisy but no problem here. The broccoli soup is delicious (but I prefer the potato and bacon one better), also, the wedge potatoes are awesome (even more loaded with chilli). Coffee wise, nothing much to say, same as any other Tim's, the French vanilla with hot chocolate was creamy though, so kudos for them (usually at others I get watery ones).

Very noisy and very cold. Tea too hot. Seats are comfy

No complaint with food. Customer service could definitely be improved. As if staff would smile and be friendly...it would enhance the experience.

I went there for the crown broccoli, at first I notice there is smell like something rotting。 Then I find out it's the soup, I taste it, It nothing like i have tasted before. I told the staff, they give a new one and its the same smell, they are saying it suppose to smell like that. I think may be it is and the cold is effecting my taste or something, so i ate it. and later during the day, I got diarrhea !!!!! First time ever in CANADA!
