poor and slow service!
waited for at least 15mins for a medium steeped tea triple triple that was not steered well.

Good food and the service is okay. Bad parking/location.

Came in to get my usual 4 cheese begal with cream cheese, all was good until I was ordering asked for it but instead got a plain bagel without even butter, at the cash register before this incident, since I paid with visa I wanted my receipt so I asked for it and they didn't hear me so I said it louder and asked about 5 times and was refused and told to move out of the way for the next customer, at any other tims they gladly hand over the receipt. I went to this one as it's closer to my house I get that it was busy but you shouldn't mess up an order that badly, the people ahead of me did not order bagels if you're wondering if it was someone else's order.

Okay staff. Just a job to them. Little customer service and most don't really understand what that really means. Food is slow...okay I really should just get back there and make it myself, pay myself and help out the next customer...slow! Can't emphasize that enough. Place is reasonably clean. Credit for that.

Bit of a issue with the ordering, communicating in English was not easy. Overall Clean, lots of seating , food and coffee was good , didn't have to wait long.

Busy place on weekends. Worth the wait though.

Poor Customer Service. Went there last Tuesday, May 2nd around 7pmish. We've ordered half dozen of Doughnuts, mostly Boston Creme when my son requested to change one to a different flavor instead. The lady at the counter change it but then she "made face" and she seemed irritated because of that.

Long line up during the day time. The place is a little bit noisy and service is slow. Good location though.

Love this Tim's. no drive through so if you are looking for a nice spot for a sit down breakfast or lunch this is the place.
