This Tim Hortons has gotten my order wrong everytime! Everytime! They suck! I Live in the area so it would be convenient to go there but not if everytime I have to get them to fix my order. They have been horrible for years, they are only consistent in getting orders wrong and giving out older dried up food. This one time 2 years ago I was pregnant and craving a turkey bacon club sandwich late at night, they gave me old grey, hard as jerky bacon. How could you serve bacon like that! To a pregnant woman?
They Suck! Quality Lacking!
Went in there the other day through the drive through, got home, order wrong! Go back get them to fix our sandwich (obviously annoyed, so sorry for being annoyed at your lack of service), they got it wrong again and made us pay for it too! While leaving I could here them snickering, it just is so unprofessional. Costomer satisfaction means nothing to them! They dont even look at you half the time, no smiles, no thanks for coming, no manners or friendly hello or good bye NOTHING!
This is a long time accumulating review of many years of being dissatisfied.
It is official I will not be eating at this location anymore.
