They have the strangest line set up that I can see causing a problem at least once a day but even with such a high turn over the staff is at least friendly and knowledgeable of their menu and how to make everything

Not enough people working. The people that do work are slow and unorganized,rude everyday that I have been coming ! I really hope management changes completely

If you don't want second hand smoking, this is not a place for you. In the parking, there are smokers around. The energy in the store is not very calm and settled. It makes me want to run away from it. I won't choose it as my gathering location, but if I just buy a cup of coffee and go, it's just fine.
