last week i complained that seven of the deck boards delivered to my place with poor quality and totally unacceptable. the sale manager response me quick and replace the problem boards with free delivery which makes me feel better. so i re-rate it for 3 stars. i would like to say just try to pick up items by yourself. minimize the trouble i had.

Excellent service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. Much better than any of the large DIY stores.

I have had endless frustration with Home Depot, Lowes and Rona. We are completely renovating our home, and building supply stores have become my second home. After some extensive researching we decided to try Timbertown to purchase all our interior doors and casing. What an awesome experience. I gave my measurement list to Roxanne and her knowledge was amazing. She had an answer to every single question. She was helpful and so nice. Knowledge, helpfulness and sincerity are so hard to find anywhere. I returned later to revise some of the order and she just rolled with the revisions and made it so easy and smooth. The prices were way better than anywhere else in the city. The flat rate shipping is unbeatable ($69!!!!) We are coming back for the rest of our projects.

Great service at this location, but didn't have the moulding that I was looking for (was quite old and out of style to be fair). But they were nice enough to cut me some samples to take home and try out.
