As soon as you walk in it feels calm and relaxing. I've done pedicures and gotten my hair styled for events and have always felt well attended to and comfortable. I love that it's tucked away, making feel even more exclusive. I highly recommend Time Out Beauty Retreat.

I have been going to Time Out Beauty Retreat since the doors opened. In fact, I drive from Calgary every three months to get my hair done. I'm a global blonde and that is something that not every stylist can do and do well. I trust Alysha and Alysha only to do my hair. She's amazing! I've also had aesthetics done- pedis, waxing, facials and massage. They have all been great. I always leave TOBR feeling fabulous and that's how I want to feel when I leave a spa🙂

Customer Service is hard. I know, as I work currently at Time Out as a Lash Technician and have had other customer service jobs.
People have good days and bad - this goes for clients as well as employees; however, I can tell you this, the girls at Time Out genuinely care about the quality of service they provide. It is a good place to work and a great place to have services done.

I got shellac on my finger nails for the first time and they started to chip the first few days. The receptionist told me they only guarantee 3 days of shellac to last but said they should last 2-3 weeks. I peeled them off so easily. What a waist of money. She didn't shape them because I shaped them and it took an hour and a half to do.
