I want to share a little bit of my story & my experience with Reiki and the amazing Tina Ross.

I have seen Tina 6 times and she has literally changed my life. I look back at my quality of life before Tina and I'm not sure how I made it through each day! I'm a survivor�



I remember as early as 10 years old struggling with life. Finding it hard to go to school, just to function and feel good about myself in general.

My life was consumed with constant worry & anxiety and everyday was a struggle. I lived everyday this way so it was the norm for me. I didn't know any different, but I always knew in my heart that life didn't need to be this hard.



When I was 21 I was admitted to the psychiatric unit of the hospital for a long period of time because I couldn't cope or function normally. My anxiety had taken over. I felt helpless and scared. The doctors fed me full of numerous antidepressants & anti anxiety meds. I was basically numb. I say now that I would rather feel hurt and pain than nothing at all. The pills were the worst thing they could have ever done for me. It took years to get that SHIT out of my system. It caused me to develop OCD to the point where I had trouble leaving my house because I was constantly checking things like the stove because I was paranoid I would cause a fire, or the taps because I was scared I would cause a flood. I was in such a bad place. The doctors never asked me any questions or tried to help me in any other way then write me prescriptions.

I was a beautiful, smart & talented young lady that was a prisoner to my overwhelming anxiety & feelings of not being good enough.



My mind & my thoughts never stopped but I also never stopped searching for the answer and for peace &happiness.



So my journey over the years has been very hard but also very humbling. I know what it feels like to barely be able to get out of bed some mornings. I ended up quitting my career as a Power Engineer where I made a six figure salary because my life was no longer manageable and I couldn't handle my anxiety anymore. I felt so ashamed and powerless.

I've read 100's of self help books, went to numerous doctors, phycologists, psychiatrists. Nothing helped. I just knew the way I felt wasn't right.



At times I've turned to alcohol & drugs to cope which put me in an even worse place. But I didn't give up my search for peace and happiness. I knew in my heart that there was hope.

I started doing yoga which was the start to my healing and spiritual journey. I knew something was happening within me. I started researching and I was having a kundalini awakening. I started learning all sorts of stuff that I had never heard of before. Chakras, star seeds, consciousness, dimensions...etc. I knew in my heart I had found my answers. The reason I was feeling the way I felt was because of stagnant energy in my body. There was nothing WRONG with me.

To make a long lifetime story of pain & suffering short I want to sum it up in one word; REIKI. it has changed my life. That brick of anxiety that sat in my gut for years was GONE! I didn't have to learn coping techniques or spend thousands on therapy. I went to an energy healer, layed on a table a relaxed while I was ridded of all this pain that consumed my life. I no longer live my days worrying. I have hope and I'm excited for my future. I have one AMAZING lady to thank and that's Tina Ross! And like I say the best part is you don't have to white knuckle it, it just happens. At first I thought it was way to good to be true. I'm not sure how I survived living my life with the constant struggles I faced on a day to day, minute to minute basis.
