Tip Top Tailors

This Sunday I was in the store with an outfit in mind and, was met with Dorian. He found me what I wanted quickly and I didn't have to spend all day finding exactly what I was search for. 👍

I have to say that I'm not the most friendly customer, I'm very picky and I have a very unfriendly face expression. That being said I bought 2 suits with Olga's help for the reason being that she knows what's she's doing, she is very professional and offer good quality advice.
I give them 4 stars because of short selection of materials.

Male working today would not take the time to assist *potential* customers. He completely avoided any sort of eye contact and did not manage to display even a shred of the minimal customer service skills or personal decency that he had - but don't worry, he did a great job organizing the cufflink display. The store was empty, and last I checked Calgarians aren't exactly flocking to formal wear stores during these poorer economic times - why are you pushing people away?

Within moments of being in your store my own and my wedding party's personal opinion of Tip Top Tailor's diminished to nothing. I was told to look at books or online and to come back when the wedding day was closer.

If you're reading this in search of any sort of formal wear shopping advice, I was able to find a wicked deal just upstairs in RW and CO, fraction of the cost and as a bonus, they don't treat you like a second class citizen!!

Male clerk couldn't be bothered to help when we came in looking to rent suits for an upcoming wedding. He handed us a catalog and told us to come back later. He wouldn't even make eye contact with any of us. Rude and very dismissive. I will never shop there or at ANY Tip Top again.

Went in for a refund or exchange and was heavily talked into going to Chinook location to do so instead. I picked out a shirt there to exchange which was $5.00 more...I asked to do a straight exchange but manager quickly declined even though there is a clearance event happening and would take loss of business instead. 10+ shirts a year to ZERO.

Miesha was amazing. Helped my guy pick out a full outfit. Very professional and positive attitude. Thank you girl !
