The guys here know what they are doing, offer good prices and good service. Stop going to the stealership and get yourself a better deal.

Hello everybody!
I am here to review the Tire Pirates guys because I just read a whole bunch of somewhat conflicting reviews and I thought that my input could be useful to anybody who thinks about using them for car fixes/maintenance/etc....
We found this place absolutely accidentally (it was recommended by our "used car salesman" and we tried it and (go figure the labels and stereotypes) absolutely LOVED it)
These people are awesome. They are honest and I being a HUGE sceptic all together and a very particular one when it does to my car (dah) DO trust them. For me, that is as huge of a reference as they come.....
If anybody has ANY questions, please email me and I will be happy to answer as best I could and I definitely would stand by my 5-star reference.

Last year I ended up finding Tire Pirates through online recommendation after a friend desperately pleaded with me to replace my very, very bald all-seasons. Tire Pirates were quick and professional hooking me up with a set of great all-seasons.

This year, I found myself having to travel back and forth to BC. Seeing as BC requires all vehicles to have winter tires from October 1st on, I figured I better comply before finding myself with a ticket. So, I decided to contact Tire Pirates through their website. They called me the next day and hooked me up with an appointment within the following week. Upon arriving for my appointment their seemed to be a bit of confusion, my tires were in but either I forgot to mention that I was also looking for rims or it was missed in the email. No matter, the lovely gentleman (sorry guys, I am awful with names) pulled strings and were able to get rims in short order. You guys seriously kick butt and I will be back once I need a new set of tires.

My good friend recommended Sergio to me after getting an outrageous qoute from the dealership for repair work. I was able to get in and out in one day, they diagnosed/fixed an issue that the dealership couldn't, and did so at a reasonable price ($700 cheaper). Amazing service!

The staff all know my car and my name without asking. Always courteous and professional.
Appointments for tire changeover & brake inspection, or oil at one hour each never take that long.

Love these guys- it's refreshing to not feel like I'm getting hosed by a autoshop. These guys always take care of me, great prices and service from knowledgable staff and decent turn around times. Also like supporting a local small business.

I booked an appointment to replace my tires online, to which I promptly received a phone call confirming details. When I went to the appointment, the staff were very professional and courteous. After the tire replacement, they were kind to recommend a particular service for my car (with an estimate). I could tell the service they recommended was very well reasoned, coming more from a place of care and concern. I felt absolutely no pressure to get the service done at Tire Pirates. I found the costs were quite reasonable as well.
