Arrived last Thursday to enquire about getting my winter tires switch over & Oil change.
Attendant tells me we are only doing tire changes and booking then late next week &! Oil changes sometime in early NOV..
Gord you need to work on customer service with your hired help for your regulars clients.
Chabby treatment

I rarely write reviews but in this case I have to vent. First will need to clarify the problem. Some tires are 'rotational' where they need to spin in one direction and some tires can be thrown on without that in mind so long as the tread is balanced front to back. For directional tires that boils down to two tires need to face one way on the drivers side left and on the opposing side on the passenger side the two tired tread need to face the same outward direction. Two left and two right arrows, or in my case toyo tires literally spelt it out on the face of the tire 'left' 'left' and 'right' right'. I got this education at Costco Tire centre where I got chuckled at for haphazardly throwing the tires out of direction, this can cause the tire not to function as it should and wont be aggressive, can hydroplane or won't work well in the winter (these are winter tires) NOTED! Won't do that mistake again. Few years later comes a sidewall puncture on one of my tires. Few calls later and this location comes in the cheapest for one pure tire to swap out and balance, I can install all 4 mounted tires on the car myself been doing it for years within an hour no waiting around... awesome!!! Found out why... they didn't take the time to look at the one tire I brought in to note it's direction coming off and install it the same way it came in. Took the tire home and next day after putting on the front two tires 'left' and 'right' I now had two left directional tires left to install, not good. Called the shop up right away, mistakes happen, all good....Now the insult.... they said that because I didn't bring in my car they had no ideas how to install it on the rim making it my fault even though the tire had arrows and said 'right' with arrows on the face of the original tire to be replaced??? Further insult it would take them hours to look at it as they were busy today. Never did I think I had to educate a tire installer how to swap a tire out, that would be insulting to them wouldn't it? Way to go... only reason why i write this is that you made it out to be my fault?? It is clearly written on the face of the tire how it's to be installed. Lazy or to busy to care, not this shop is not for me. One poor review to insult your business as you deserve one back.

I've never had a good experience here. The few times I have brought my vehicle in. Usually just a tire issue or balancing problem. They take way longer than they should to fix issues. My friend also was in town needed a tie rod done. They said they could do it that day. Then he spoke to them some time around 2pm after they had it all day. Said they won't have time to do the job. Now it is was to late for him to find another shop. Thanks tire craft. I'm sure the issue is not staff. But with in management and managing jobs that come in.

I took my wife's car here after the Millwoods Canadian tire tried telling her she needed new control arms to fix a squealing timing belt. These guys confirmed there was only regular wear and that the repairs were unneeded, they made the adjustments needed to correct the shoddy workmanship from Canadian Tire. We'll be bringing all of our repairs here in the future- Good job guys!

In and out (for replacement headlight) in 20 minutes. $27. Remembers my whole family. Will keep coming because although I can do mechanical work on my own (thanks Dad), I don't like doing it.
