Fantastic place to do business with! The guys are knowledgeable and completely helpful in every aspect. Two locking wheel studs removed with no damage to the rims (expensive rims!), then they even reset my TPMS in another of my cars when I went back to pick up the keys for the other.
Highly recommended!

Used them for two vehicles for several years. Friendly, low key guys. No unnecessary upselling in my experience. Their monitoring system makes it easy to keep up with manufacturers service recommendations.
Bonus: Friendly, low key cats in the reception area along with a nice collection of automobile memorabilia.

Our experience with Braeside Automotive was unparalleled when compared to other automotive experiences. I had ran over a razor blade on the drive home, which punctured the tire late at night. We called first thing in the morning, and were told they could repair the tire. We brought it in, the service was fantastic, and the eager staff members were happy to help us out. We told him that we had plans to go have lunch and he said we were told that they would be able to get it finished as soon as possible. Within 45 minutes I received a phone call just as we finished lunch saying it was finished. On top of the great service to our surprise there were 3 AMAZING, friendly Rescue Cats that live in the shop that the staff have adopted. Amazing experience and excellent Staff. I will always come back to this shop.

I've been coming here for a while, great shop with very friendly customer service. I don't plan on switching shops anytime soon as I've had a good experience here. They are very timely and I've had a courteous experience each time. Amazing interior, lots of vintage furniture with a home-y feel.
The only quarrel I have is the price, which I find a little overpriced (although it may be my lack of experience). I was quoted on a belt change, where the final price was 50$ higher than the quote. The oil change is about average price. I've had an inspection as well, which I felt was well done, but again a little expensive for me since they weren't sure about some of the claims and it needed further inspection.
Besides some of those negative experiences (which I've had elsewhere and have not returned), it doesn't outweigh the positive and I'd highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

I've been taking my wife's mom wagon here for more than a few years now. They have helped immediately when we had a flat tire and weren't living in the city yet. They've also accommodated our schedule many times for winter/summer tire exchanges. I would highly recommend going here.

Update- downgrading to 3 stars. Last visit was rude. Asked them to advise if new tires were needed this summer. They said no. Then when I went back for a flat fix 2 weeks later they said the summer tires should not have been put back on. Disappointing that they conflict their own advice.

I had a few problems with a rear AC coolant leak. Very professional and helpful response. Fully aware of issues, implication and cost at all times. Very pleasant experience. I no longer live close to Braeside Automotive but it is worth travelling a small bit to use them

This shop is the best of the best. I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for several years, and can't say enough about how well they take care of their customers. Appointments are easy to make, and they are honest and forthright about vehicle service recommendations. In addition, their shop is the coolest place to hang out, with vintage items, great music, and friendly cats to make you feel at home.
