One of my staple meals on TK Ranch is beef stroganoff and it is quick and easy to prepare. Thaw one pound of grass-fed beef stirfry (or ground beef). Saute 1 large chopped onion and 12 large sliced mushrooms. Add stirfy/ground beef and cook until well browned. Season with sea salt & black pepper to taste. JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candida...te will thrive in a fast pace self-directed environment that requires problem solving, flexibility and attention to detail. You will always apply a positive “can-do” attitude to your work. You have a natural interest in organization, respect procedure and are always looking to improve efficiency through a “hands on” approach to learning and carrying out tasks.
TASKS: Liaise with the office manager to print & organize online, pick-up and retail orders; organize and manage daily order fulfillment schedule to ensure delivery targets are met; inspect products to ensure meat quality standards have been achieved; pick and pack orders and certify that the correct products have been selected and recorded for each order; organize inventory in an orderly manner to ease product identification and access for order fulfillment; track packaging and shipping materials inventory and notify management when to re-stock; maintain a clean and organized work space at all times; drive and operate a one ton refrigerated truck and make scheduled deliveries biweekly; other activities as required.
DESIRED SKILLS • 1 year experience in warehousing and inventory control • 6 months order fulfillment experience • Computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word and email • Proven attention to detail & accuracy with numbers • Strong organization & time management skills • Able to multi-task & maintain a high level of accuracy • Dependability & accountability is a must • Physically fit, must be able to lift 40 lbs • Must be willing to work in a cold environment • Class 5 driver’s license and bondable
Work location is on a rural property 20 minutes east of Calgary. Candidate must have transportation to the work site.
