There's a banner outside saying "now open" but doors are locked and phone number doesn't appear to be in service

I went to this shop just the other day. I didn't even know it was there the guy working there was super friendly and set me up with a vape set up that was exactly what I wanted. Cheapest prices I've seen around the city and is close to home! Just an awesome one stop shop!
