Tommy Gun'S Original Barbershop

I received excellent service as usual, Tommy gun’s is my preferred barber. It was very relaxing to be there.

I don't know why so many bad reviews, my husband and my son always go there.... we like Sally a lot, she is good 😊

I just received one of the worst haircuts of my life from this location. The "barber" spent an inordinate amount of time scrubbing my scalp, I think this was supposed to be some sort of scalp massage. Then after discussing what I wanted, which was just a trim, the person proceeded to hack away at my hair with her scissors.

I almost stopped the haircut twice while it was happening, and I really should have, but I thought it would get better. It definitely did not get better. Now I am left with a shaggy, uneven, cut that does not resemble the cut and style I went in with only wanting a trim.

I am sure not all the staff are as incompetent, but buyer beware at this location.

Really weird the amount of bad reviews on here. I've been going to TGs since it opened at the mall. I got a regular stylist there, Farron, who is EPIC with dramatic styles and colors. Like if you want your hair thermonuclear pink (what I've got lately) she's your gal! She works at a female salon downtown too, and is a straight-up gift. I recommend her to literally anyone I know who likes their hair a bright color. Only bad experience I have ever had was a week before school started because all of the kids needing ski-jump cuts. I got over it. Seriously, make an appointment with Farron and GO NEON. Life is too short for brown hair.

I went in to get my hair style shortened because I liked the way it looked, but it was just too long. I ended up paying for a $30 bowl-cut. After washing my hair, she started by pulling out the scissors and cutting a straight line along my eyebrows.. every bad haircut I've ever had has started like this. It shows that the stylist is inexperienced and rushing. She stylist then used gel to make the bowl-cut look passable. After washing out the gel the next day and seeing it, I went back and had a different stylist try to fix it up. Because my hair had been shortened a fair amount, the stylist did a pretty good job of making it look presentable, but it's now a lot shorter than what I had in mind. I also must not have been clear enough that I didn't like using hair product, because the second stylist finished it off with hair oil that smells terrible..
I won't be back here. Ever.

The women who cut my hair did a very bad job I told her for a 2 for side she put the wrong Guard on she wasn't paying a tension at work she was trying to sell be this product that didn't do anything guys go to tommy guns at Heritage it's better also there's barely any waiting line

Awesome value. Personable staff, good service, a great place between a barber where you feel rushed and a full blown salon that is pretty pricy.

Went In with a full beard just to get it lined up (cleaned up) and was forced to tell the lady just to shave it all off!!!! After growing it for so long has to shave it completely off because she decided to do one side right and the other down to my jaw line! And then she told me she did it because I didn't have any hair there smh I walked in with a full beard bug I had no hair there ok sure! Never again!

I went in to get a shave and got the original classic shave. Great service and the stylist did a fantastic job. she took her time and made the whole experience worth it. it's a bit pricey, but you get a quality shave.
