Tony Roma's is the best restaurant to dine in with your family especially for special occasions. The service was excellent, the server is very friendly, , he keeps coming and ask if we need anything else, and how's the food... I would love and my family to keep coming back to this restaurant and at this location , not only the good customer service but because foods was sooooo savoury and perfect ...
In my experience i love to go back again and again in this place my family love the service they keep going back to you, to asked what the food is, thats a excellent service for me the foods i love it
I luv the food ribs with lobster and baked potato. Yummy. Service was good and the food was served on time.
Had come on a Wednesday to Burbon Street, wanted Hudson's Wings but it was 1 cent wings and $5 draft, so ended up at Tony R's instead. Ordered wings like you would at Hudson's but found out were you get three orders at the Tap House, is more like two orders worth of Tony Roma's (wings were larger and delicious), though they only had the basic flavours.
Good show Tony.
As a family, we love coming to this location because it's convenient. This night, in particular, we were lucky have one of the best servers I have ever met. He took very good care of us, and we tipped him well because of it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Great food. Good service. And decent wait time for food.
All you can eat riblets was just what I needed after a day in the mall! It was really great thank you!
The food itself was great, I had bountiful beef rib dinner entree with rice & vegtables same as my friend. The prices increased and the portion size shrank since the last time I ate here, I will not be returning to this location as I brought a friend here for the first time praising this restaurant. $75 is too much to walk away hungry.
Service was great, food was good but over priced for what you actually got. Great visit overall!
The menu says they have a wild mushroom burger with Jack cheese topped with a layer of sliced wild mushrooms. The slightly warm burger had cheese melted on top covered with a minimal demi-glace that tasted of wine and had one small piece of mushroom. The burger that was served was nothing like what the menu described. Apparently Tony Roma's changed the recipe two years ago and still hasn't updated the menu. Lazy. Also disappointed with the state of the Men's washroom.
My son ordered calamari and wings. The wings were cold....even the bones.....I ordered all u can eat ribs...twenty min for the secound ribs which was two little ones....gave my son a micro piece as he was waiting to tell the waitress about his wings....like a vulture on a dead horse...she was there....YOU CANT SHARE...poor service. Never to return. Food court better deal .
It was my first time to eat at tony Roma's. Went there cause my bf had a gift card last night... I would have given a 1 star but the manager gave us a discount... Took over a half hour to get our food.. We nearly walked out. We were then told our order didn't get entered... Sure okay... Got our food.. Bf ordered the ribs with lobster.. Rice and potatoes. The rice was not good at all. . I got the sirloin steak with veggies and potatoes. The cooks need to learn how to cook a proper steak... Cause Thst was the most tasteless steak I've ever had... Only ate it cause I was starving.. My bf grabbed a piece and even he was not impressed with the steak... How can a steak have no taste and be Thst horrible.... The veggies I'm sorry.. For Thst expensive of a meal.. I shouldn't be served what I'm positive is frozen veggies. I knlwn what carrots taste and feel like when theybare from a bag... . I'm quite disappointed that we still have $16 left on the gift card... And another $50 gift card to go to tony Roma's... Forcing another tasteless meal.... I'll stick to Joey's or state and main.... Sure it's Xmas season.. But I don't see it as an excuse for terrible flood...
Food took too long and it wasn't very hot. Also wanted a strawberry daiquiri but I was told their blender was broken. How is it that a place that has its own bar only has 1 blender?. Not impressed with the WEM location and definitely won't be going back.
Worst service and we already finished our food then my daughter's food arrived which is a grilled cheese. They better change their line cooks because they don't know how to make a simple grilled cheese. They are not even busy at that time. The manager should do something about this.
Waste of money. Better food in the food court. $14 for 8 garbage wings that you would expect at 25 cent wing night half of them with no sauce on them and all of them dry and over cooked and that was just the wings never mind the rest of the food.
Waited 30 minutes for our food, finally got up and asked where it was. Waiter then brought out our cold food and told us that it just got to the window. Didn't even try to say sorry , we just walked out. Never again
Love the food but the service is horrible. Usher is arrogant and a racist. This will keep customers away from this restaurant.
Love the food but hated the service My parents came in for lunch today and have learned from them that they were badly treated by the person assigning seats. Won’t go back even if the food is excellent.
Just went to this place, used to be our go to place for family gathering, i guess this time will be the last time! The service is terrible and slow. Seems like the server does not want to serve us. Been charged 15% tips because we asked for an 8 people table, even though we only had 7 people!
If giving this location zero stars was an option then that's exactly what I would have done. We don't go out for dinner very often, so when we do it is a special treat. One ruined by our experience here. Our server was impatient and gave us so much attitude it actually ruined our night. I ordered a salad that was almost 19 dollars and it wasn't good at all. My soup was only warm. Our server never once came to check on drinks or refills. We had to ask three separate times for our bill. She brought us a water instead... when we were trying to leave! We spent an extra 30 minutes in there after we had asked for our bill repeatedly and it wasn't even busy. Not only will we not return to this location, this was our last visit to Tony Roma's ever! I hope the 70 dollar bill was worth losing a customer. We shouldn't have tipped. Just awful.
