Tony Roma's is the best..great customer service. I bought take out kickin shrimp and this time around it wasn't well cooked...manager gave me a discount for the amount. Once the wings was not done proper as usual and waitress took it off bill. Honestly this will not stop me from coming. Great team great atmosphere and great food! Thanks guys. This is my lil go to spot!��

The other day my husband and I were craving ribs after a long day of work. We walked into Montana's, realized we hated the atmosphere, so we walked out. I am so glad we went to Tony Roma's instead! The staff kept reading our minds all night! First the hostess suggested the lounge as the atmosphere is more romantic and there are no loud children. Then the bartender asked us if we would like to move to a larger more secluded booth that had just freed up. The service was fast, accommodating and pleasant! The extremely pleasant bartender, delicious food and serene atmosphere melted away the stress of the day. You guys are doing something right to have such amazing service! Thank you for a lovely evening!

My niece and I went there on our last night of our Rocky Mountain vacation. After a week of inhaling smoke from all of the forest fires we really needed a treat and this was it! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely visit a Tony Roma's Ribs again.

Regular prime rib was way to big but very good

Food was delicious as always. Never had a bad meal at Tony's. Wasn't a fan of the drink I ordered as it was spilling all over the sides of the glass and was in general a sticky mess. That was the only thing I didn't enjoy and in hindsight I should have sent it back, but otherwise it was a pleasure to be there as always!

First time back for at least 8 years.......great Ribs and great service too

We went for supper tonight and food came quick. Everything tasted great. Service was good and while I was eating my steak I found a price of plastic brush stuck to the side of my steak. Totally turned me off.

Service was good food was average soup was luk warm kind of sad actually load bake potato soup needs to be hot. Kicking shrimp good. Love my waitress. Thoe

Server was really good we tipped her well she should not share with kitchen staff.. KITCHEN; Baked potato was Ice cold. Medallion steaks are not medallions as shown on menu just a cheap sirlion cut into small pieces at least try to make them round. Was perfect rare I will give them that. Best part of meal was the company I was with and the Caesar kudos to bartender.

Our meals where excellent as always. Fresh, hot. Sat at the bar. Server had 3 tables, service was very slow. She never asked my husband if he wanted another beer, took her a long time to come and clear the table.

When I travel out west I like to stop in to a Tony Roma's..and have been several times but first time to the Calgary location.

what a disappointment choose to eat in bar side, service was very slow and when I finally got my meal it was the smallest half rack of ribs I have ever seen in my life with almost no meat on the bones, garlic mashed had no garlic taste to them and lack any seasoning of any kind. and beans were I am sure right out of a can.

Will never return next time in Calgary.

Staff are great giving all what you need. Just only got irritated w/ some customer who are being racist like they are the only one who can be sophisticated & can eat neatly.

Plus only half our food came our with a second 10 min wait time for the rest of our party! Then to top it off the food was mediocre! My brother had to spend his food back twice cause they couldn't make a med stake! Then he just gave up since the rest if us had finished eating. After having the manager come to the table and tell my brother his meal was free the bill came to only have a 8 dollar discount!!! So needless to say the manager had to come again! And finally comp his meal and his wife's! What a disappointment this night was. It was my father's 60th birthday dinner and it was ruin by incompetents! I have a 12 year customers service experience and 6 in hospitality and I have never experienced anything like this! Will never return!!!!!!

We have come to this location for my grandfather's and step dad's birthday dinner for over 7 years. I have never been this disappointed before. We sat in the back room with 3 other large party's that where sat at the same time as us so 30+ people all sat at the same time.. thats insaine! Within us being there for 30 min and right after ordering all the lights went out. The manager came and told us he would look into it, as we sat in near darkness for 10 min the lights came back on. When the appetizer came it was good as a greasy appetizer could be but then the lights went back out as we sat there again in near darkness for another 20 min our server said they where working on getting the lights back on. As we sat in the dark using our cell phones as light my grandmother asked them to bring candles or something so we could see. The manager brings us a snap on tool light bar and sets it up on a menu so we can see our food and our sever brings out birthday candles shoved in coffee grounds which stayed lit for 3 min, again insaine!! At this point we are all ready to get up and walk out but because my family is to nixe we stayed. Our food starts to come out but then only half of our table gets food, by the time the rest of us get food everyone else is done. Remember we are still sitting in the dark using a light bar to eat, we wanted to leave but now have been waiting 20+ min for our bill. We get up and stand out by the server machines waiting for our waitress. When we get our bills there was no apology from a manager, or even a compt drink plus you charged us 18% gratuity. That's when we finally said something to the server. So she went to find the Manager and we waited another 15 min for him to come out which he never did. We then had some snotty server get mad at us because we had a complaint we wanted to talk to the manager about. She proceeded to take the gratuity of the bill and leave with that being enough. In the end the only people that suffered was us and your pour server who had to try to help our table. This was a $300+ bill and no apology for the events that had occurred.. I am dumbfounded by what happened and at that rude server. Get new Management that when there is an issue they ate the first to apologize.

Waited an HOUR for our food. Waitress didn’t even apologize once, implied blame on us for what we ordered. Will definitely not be going back.

Was not busy in there at all,but took 15 min to get our drink order.my uncle waited half hour for his tea.an hour before we got our food.talked to manager and he just had a blank stare did not care that we had a bad experience.our baked potatoes were under the heat lamp so long the sour cream was all curdled. The manager seen that I was cleaning up our table after a spill of honey did not offer to help.Slowest ,neglected service I have ever had.

So disappointed with the service and food we received yesterday. We came in at 3:30 hoping to beat the dinner rush, there was maybe 10 people in the whole place. We were celebrating Father’s Day a day early again to beat the rush.. 1st we get a young man who could barely say welcome I’m your server let alone take our order, then he finally takes our drink order, only to get ceasers with 2 ice cubes in each glass, it was warm clam so gross!! Then we order.. 1st comes an onion loaf that just looked and tasted like a ball of grease. We are too nice so we didn’t say anything just left it in the middle of the table with a couple bites out of it you would think they would ask right? Nope!! Ok now it’s about 15 mins later our waiter comes to let us know his shift is over and someone else will be taking over, I ask for a water he says sure be right there, 15 minutes later no water no service and no food, WOW, we still don’t even know who our server is now, finally a young girl walks by with water for another table so I asked if I can get one, she gets me one, I don’t know who our server is but she brought us one anyway.. finally the food comes, OMG I can’t even believe they served us what they did. The only thing edible was my dads ribs and even those were only sub par, the mashed potatoes were all cold like I mean cold, the gravy cold, the steak medium rare COLD!! The chicken breast on the kids meal

Cold and 100% flavourless. Neither of us even half finished our meals, some lady, not sure where she came from or who she was asked if we wanted boxes we all said no we just want our bill, we left all our food on the table, paid our $160 bill and left.. Our fault cause we didn’t complain.. I just can’t even believe that not one person realized there was something wrong when there is multiple plates of food barely touched just sitting there. Not our 1st time there but will definitely be our last.

First time there and I wont be coming back. All the food had an off taste to it..like it was frozen. Steak had to be re-cooked cause it was still cold and raw on the inside. Rice was hard as rocks..side vegetables is just broccoli. $9 for kids meal pizza is a little high--wasnt even asked if we'd like the dessert...i had to ask for the hard-as-a-rock cookie. Service was okay at best..atmosphere is grungy. What a waste of a $100 meal. Don't recommend.

Disappointed to receive my Birthday coupon today that is only worth $15 towards the cost of a meal. It used to be more. There are no dinner entrees for $15 on your menu. You are missing the mark and the opportunity that birthday celebrations offer when many other restaurants offer a free dinner entree. I won’t be celebrating my birthday with you.�
