The food ( steak n ribs ) was delicious. Service was awesome.

I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The waitress could not have been nicer. Food came out quickly and was delish. They put a candle in a dessert for our guest , and the entire staff sang Happy Birthday. Great overall...If I had one complaint..the overall appearance of the place could use a freshening up.

A pleasant server, quick service, a clean environment, and good food; the portions were rather generous.

The vegetables in the linguine is not my favorite. The other people in my party enjoyed their dinner.

Normally we love Tony Romas. Not this time. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, disappointed from the start. The hostess that seated us seemed to be annoyed with us coming in although the waitress was nice enough. Hubby and I ordered tea to drink as it was a bit cool outside and we wanted to warm up. Water was tap hot at best, not steaming as it should be. Then we ordered the baked potato soup, again barely warm. Same goes for the meal...must have sat on the line for 15mins or more. And there were maybe a total of 5 tables occupied so it's not like they were swamped with people to serve. Unfortunately I don't think we will return.

I often take my mom to the one on the north side!! As usual we have the same lady serving us amazing!!!

Went for lunch today had the special $14 burger and it tasted like it was just pulled out of the freezer and slapped on the grill. The fries were cold and soggy like they had been under a heat lamp for awhile. As a Chef myself I would expect fresh! I won't be back anytime soon.

We went out for my birthday dinner last night.......food was terrible! A 14 ounce steak that was no more than 9 ounces and cooked up like a piece of rubber. When we complained the manager came out and all she could say was "fer sure" over and over again. It got a tad bit annoying. After all the fer sure she took the steak off of our bill. Won't be going back to eat there again!!!! Get kitchen staff who know how to cook properly and management who know how to speak professionally. The only good thing was our waitress who was very kind and friendly.

Tonite we spent 286 in food and drinks. Terrible service and food wasn’t cooked to order. After getting the bill a suggested tip amount was on it. We did not feel a $40 tip was warranted so we paid a $30 tip. Only to have the waitress chase us out of the store demanding a full $40 tip. She felt since we had 8 adults and a child the child should have been counted as an adult. We will not return there. This was our usual spot to eat at with family we always tip well. As we understand it a tip is a tip not mandatory.

My husband and I are younger seniors. When we received a birthday coupon for a complimentary dinner we where so pleased but this is what happened. We both ordered the same thing, the skewers and rice. The only thing was, we both received a half order. A little white bowl of rice with some frozen peas and carrots mixed in, two very little skewers, one with about 4 little squares of chicken with veg in between the squares, then one more skewer with the same amount of beef squares and veg. A young man belonging to a family celebrating a birthday, sat across from us, he had the same as us. He couldn't eat all of his dinner. There were others in the party that had to take their left over dinner home. We have a good reason to believe that because we had a free dinner they split the one dinner in half. We did not ask for Senior portion, that's for sure and wouldn't because we can eat pretty good. In fact when we got home we had to eat something because we were still hungry. This has left a bad taste in our mouth, we are now debating whether we should find a new place to go for our special occasions and my girlfriends birthday lunches quite a few times a year. You were previously at the least 4 stars, what has happened here, you can't treat your clientele like this, you'll be closing your doors in no time.

This is the first time I was with held my sons apple juice and dessert (previously picked up from Londonderry location and was give juice and bugs and dirt dessert). I don't know when or what you have changed, but you have definitely changed our minds and we will no longer go to your establishment.

I took my grand daughter with Nana for MY birthday dinner last night, their prime rib dinner was steaming hot, mine was cold, only thing that was hot was the microwaved beans. When I asked for a dinner that was as hot as theirs. the waitress took my plate and when she returned she said they were out of the prime rib. She gave me the menu and I had to re-order and wait... I sat their calmly... Nana saw me get anxious so she took over for me. I requested that the manager COMP me a free dinner due to the fact I was going to eat alone. Nana kinda agreeded too. The Manager said they could not comp me a free dinner but it was NOT in their policy ! He said they would give me a 10% discount...I did get my new meal, screaming HOT, but I had to order another entree yet it was more then the 10 % discount. I will not settle for the service from that store. And Social Media will get around and spread the word. 137 ave - 66 street - Edmonton, AB Canada. In my opinion, the Manager will get his as this now has gone viral...
