Amazing staff. I feel so welcomed and taken care of. Doctor Arlette and Nurse injector Heather have both seen me and both absolutely perfect. I love going into the clinic. The doctors and staff really make you feel like family. I recommend to everyone I know. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Dr. Montgomery was great at explaining the procedure and performed it with perfection. She was very patient and understanding. Great service from the front staff as well. Overall, a great experience.

I had the best facial at Total Skincare Centre. Andreea was professional, knowledgeable and created such a relaxing experience for me. She gave me some helpful tips, chatted about the products I currently use and even offered to review them for me to make sure they're a good fit. I had glowing skin for days afterwards, and I really can't wait to get another one!

I went back and forth with reception to settle on a time and day for an appointment. They called back a couple of times as if they forgot we picked a day and time from the last call. Seemed confusing to me but the appt was set. Arrived at 8:30am for the 8:30am appt. Filled in a form and was taken the the wait room. It was full of people. The doc walked by and said wow why are there so many people here? 9am still waiting and receive an important call for work. I answer the phone and mid call they say they are ready for me. I can hang up so they tell me to finish the call outside of the office by the elevator. OK - i do that. I come back in and they say my appt has been cancelled because i was not available. I was there on time, waited 30 minutes, had to take a call and this is my fault. My sense is this is a money grab place. No care or empathy for the people. I will be talking to my doctor about this poor experience and encourage them to not send anyone there. Arrrrggggh.
