Love these guys, I saved a buddy $1200/ year on his sportbike through Touchstone. Amazingly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The best insurance place in southern Alberta by far.

I deal with Bill and Deanna at Touchstone through my work, and the service we get is always above and beyond 5-Star! No matter what's happening, whether we're making changes to a policy, dealing with a claim or replacing lost pink slips, they are always so helpful, fast and friendly! Used Touchstone for a few years, and all seemed good until I was in an accident where the other party was deemed 100% at fault. Vehicle was paid out, and we replaced it with another vehicle. Next payment comes out with the old vehicle we didn't own anymore still on it, costing us an extra $120. Due to someones inaction (either at Touchstone or who they insured us with), we are out $120, and they will not refund us the payment for a vehicle we didn't even own anymore as we signed ownership over to the insurance company.

Switching to a new broker to find we are actually fairly under insured as well (1 mil liability on home and vehicles isn't enough anymore, plus not enough home insurance to actually replace a total loss). New broker is getting us a better policy with an umbrella policy of 4 million over all products, 55k more home insurance plus a few other perks for less than $100/yr more than our old policy.

We were searching for better coverage and prices for our home and auto policies. My friend referred me to Touchstone, I'm sure glad to have called and got a quote. I dealt with Darren, he is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very surprised that we had less coverage with our old provider and paying more. Darren got us proper coverage now and we are saving a substantial amount on both policies. It's also great dealing with a local broker, rather than one that's 2 time zones away.
