Hail Sale Update !!!! We are working day and night with our insurance company to establish the claim per vehicle, 525 in total, from last weeks hail storm. We have started taking $1,000 fully refundable deposits to hold damaged vehicles until the proper discounted price can be determined. If you like the price you buy the unit as is, if you don't we refund your deposit, it's that simple.

Yesterday, August 2nd at 2:02pm Tower Dodge was slammed with a very severe hail storm. Luckily no one was injured during the downpour of golf ball size hail.
Our inventory was not so lucky, as you can see in the attached pictures. With over 525 New and Pre-Owned vehicles on our lot, valued at over $21.3 million dollars, it is clear we will need a day or two to have the damage evaluated.
... That’s not slowing us down though! We have new inventory on route already and we can go get you whatever you may need.

and this is the 1st time we try to look in Tower Chrysler Dodge, Frank approach us in parking lot and he is very helpful, patience and very accommodating to find the vehicle we want also Chris is awesome, he provided us a great service and not only that he allow us to test drive the van and let us drive home the van with us on same day as soon we got approved for vehicle. The issue was not Tower’s fault but they worked with me to solve a problem the originating dealership refused to acknowledge. I had nothing but great service even after my vehicle purchase and right through my warranty. I take away the one star because of the oil change department was to long of waits for me. So I didn't get to use my life time oil changes although I payed for them.

We have brought our van in for recall and warranty work three times in the past 6 months. Each time we bring our van in it seems something else breaks directly as a result of the work being done. Example- We brought our van in and it was noted some work needed to be done on the transmission. The work that needed to be done was under warranty so, all good. The day after we picked the van up we noticed a leak. Turns out while they were "fixing" the transmission they messed something up and the transmission started leaking. Took almost a week to get this fixed. Then we had a air bag recall "fix" and now our horn doesn't work. Didn't figure this one out until I was almost run off the road and had no way of signalling to the other car that they were drifting into my lane. We keep giving Tower Chrysler chances and they keep screwing up. Brutal service and response times, and terrible work. If you need service work done I suggest finding another dealership or mechanic.

Tower Chrysler...Sure feels like a Classic Bait & Switch! They put an add on FB and on their web site, 2017 JKU Willy with only 4000KM for $35K. Inquire on line and it's still available, cool. I get a salesman to give me a call and I'm told it's sold last night but he has a 2013 or a 2017 with 30,000KM for $38K.

Only one word to describe this dealership. TERRIBLE. Please check the BBB for all the complaints & issues. Check Yelp to see even more. Please go anywhere else for buying & servicing your vehicle! (We recommend Varsity, as they are top notch! We only went to Tower for service issues & will NEVER return, as they are still unfixed....since September.) The service side of things at Tower are dreadful...as they ignore, don't call back & transfer you from person to person. My RAM 1500 had the 4th recall now. The car is just 2 years old. Today was in for the cruise control and AC. I picked up my car, checked out AC, ok works, cruise control no. Went back to the Service desk, explained the problem. Answer we just reprogrammed the cruise control....why you don’t check after the job is done it’s functional??? I don’t understand. You wanna keep your customer?! Ok then don’t waste the time of your customer!

In my recent experiences with Tower I learned that their word is no good, they don't follow proper procedures to protect the customer, they back out of agreements their sales and management staff have made, and they have no regard for the hard earned money that we the customers spend. I'm out thousands of dollars now due to an internal issue in their store and have been told that they will do nothing to reimburse me for my losses that are solely due to their internal issues.. Personally, I'd never step foot in the store if given the chance. One cannot trust what they say plain and simple. Be cautious and do not spend your money there! There are many reputable dealers in the area - make sure to go to one of them.. I've never been let down as much as by Tower.! Worst part is that it's my money gone and I'm the one treated like I'm the problem, when all they had to do was uphold their end of the agreement they had made with me.! Zero responsibility on their behalf..

If I could give less than one star, I would. Tower Chrysler employees have misled, misinformed, and otherwise mistreated us in the process of purchasing a new truck. We left a VERY generous deposit to secure a price and have a vehicle brought in, only to find out that it was not what was agreed to. No problem, we'll just take our deposit back and keep looking, right? Wrong. Not only was a refundable deposit promised to us, but it is on the contract, "if both parties agree." Problem is, they no longer agree. Somehow, Tower Chrysler has decided they will be keeping our deposit. After several weeks of back and forth, they are now sending letters to my home that I can only describe as "forceful." Don't find yourself in the same position as us. Take your business elsewhere folks.

I got suspicious when only 2 years after buying our Patriot from Tower, they wanted me to book my "battery" service. I asked how much that would cost and I was told $91. I responded by informing them that for $20 more I could get a new battery. A few years later while in for an oil change they informed my wife that her brake fluid needed to be changed and charged her $275, Canadian Tire charges $119 for the same job. They wrote to me and said that if I didn't start bringing my Patriot in to them for ALL my service work, I would lose my free oil changes for life, even though that was part of the deal. I've started taking it to Fountain Tire for service work.

How the fuck can you scoop up a $5,000 deposit from someone and then screw him when it's not the vehicle he wanted. The only way you would pay it back is if you made a profit on selling the truck? What kind of slimey operation do you guys run at this shit hole



Oh and to mention once I was looking at a car, and found out you guys pulled my credit 30 different times. It destroyed any credit I built up. I should be launching a class action lawsuit over this issue but I know it won't be worth my time, and you scumbags suck the dicks of AMVIC so I won't get the resolution I'm looking for.



Absolutely disgusting sales tatics, unprofessional salespeple who can't even hold a conversation without throwing around inappropriate words etc.

Been there 2 times one time to try and buy a truck and it felt like I was in a bull ring.

Then my wife was there today looking at a van and it was brutal no information about nothing

No interest rates monthly payment options just crazy pressure to buy right this second.

Stay away from this shit show.

Went to Toyota and it felt like a different world.

I never asked for Tower Chrysler to bring in a truck for me. That morning John told me you had the trucks available. Upon visiting that night you had none. Your team offered to bring in a vehicle because Tower Chrysler wanted my business. Your team showed me a truck in a 3500 with the options I wanted. Then brought in a truck in a 2500 missing multiple items. You simply did not deliver the vehicle we had discussed then decided to go back on your word with regards to my deposit being refundable when I told you I wanted my money back.



Don’t sign anything or leave any money with these criminals. Better yet, take your business elsewhere. Just another Auto Canada dealership that couldn’t care less about the customer and only cares about its volume of sales.

Only one word to describe this dealership. TERRIBLE. Please check the BBB for all the complaints & issues. Check Yelp to see even more. Please go anywhere else for buying & servicing your vehicle! (We recommend Varsity, as they are top notch! We only went to Tower for service issues & will NEVER return, as they are still unfixed....since September.) The service side of things at Tower are dreadful...as they ignore, don't call back & transfer you from person to person. Thankful for social media to be able to broadcast these things & let people know to avoid businesses that are awful. RUN AWAY from Tower!

My RAM 1500 had the 4th recall now. The car is just 2 years old. Today was in for the cruise control and AC. I picked up my car, checked out AC, ok works, cruise control no. Went back to the Service desk, explained the problem. Answer we just reprogrammed the cruise control....why you don’t check after the job is done it’s functional??? I don’t understand. You wanna keep your customer?! Ok then don’t waste the time of your customer!

In my recent experiences with Tower I learned that their word is no good, they don't follow proper procedures to protect the customer, they back out of agreements their sales and management staff have made, and they have no regard for the hard earned money that we the customers spend. I'm out thousands of dollars now due to an internal issue in their store and have been told that they will do nothing to reimburse me for my losses that are solely due to their internal issues.. Personally, I'd never step foot in the store if given the chance. One cannot trust what they say plain and simple. Be cautious and do not spend your money there! There are many reputable dealers in the area - make sure to go to one of them.. I've never been let down as much as by Tower.! Worst part is that it's my money gone and I'm the one treated like I'm the problem, when all they had to do was uphold their end of the agreement they had made with me.! Zero responsibility on their behalf..

If I could give less than one star, I would. Tower Chrysler employees have misled, misinformed, and otherwise mistreated us in the process of purchasing a new truck. We left a VERY generous deposit to secure a price and have a vehicle brought in, only to find out that it was not what was agreed to. No problem, we'll just take our deposit back and keep looking, right? Wrong. Not only was a refundable deposit promised to us, but it is on the contract, "if both parties agree." Problem is, they no longer agree. Somehow, Tower Chrysler has decided they will be keeping our deposit. After several weeks of back and forth, they are now sending letters to my home that I can only describe as "forceful." Don't find yourself in the same position as us. Take your business elsewhere folks.

I got suspicious when only 2 years after buying our Patriot from Tower, they wanted me to book my "battery" service. I asked how much that would cost and I was told $91. I responded by informing them that for $20 more I could get a new battery. A few years later while in for an oil change they informed my wife that her brake fluid needed to be changed and charged her $275, Canadian Tire charges $119 for the same job. They wrote to me and said that if I didn't start bringing my Patriot in to them for ALL my service work, I would lose my free oil changes for life, even though that was part of the deal. I've started taking it to Fountain Tire for service work.

How the fuck can you scoop up a $5,000 deposit from someone and then screw him when it's not the vehicle he wanted. The only way you would pay it back is if you made a profit on selling the truck? What kind of slimey operation do you guys run at this shit hole



Oh and to mention once I was looking at a car, and found out you guys pulled my credit 30 different times. It destroyed any credit I built up. I should be launching a class action lawsuit over this issue but I know it won't be worth my time, and you scumbags suck the dicks of AMVIC so I won't get the resolution I'm looking for.



Absolutely disgusting sales tatics, unprofessional salespeple who can't even hold a conversation without throwing around inappropriate words etc.

Then my wife was there today looking at a van and it was brutal no information about nothing

No interest rates monthly payment options just crazy pressure to buy right this second.

Stay away from this shit show.

Went to Toyota and it felt like a different world.

I never asked for Tower Chrysler to bring in a truck for me. That morning John told me you had the trucks available. Upon visiting that night you had none. Your team offered to bring in a vehicle because Tower Chrysler wanted my business. Your team showed me a truck in a 3500 with the options I wanted. Then brought in a truck in a 2500 missing multiple items. You simply did not deliver the vehicle we had discussed then decided to go back on your word with regards to my deposit being refundable when I told you I wanted my money back.



Don’t sign anything or leave any money with these criminals. Better yet, take your business elsewhere. Just another Auto Canada dealership that couldn’t care less about the customer and only cares about its volume of sales.

Very pleased with the manner in which my purchase of a new Dodge Challenger was handled. Shane Unrau (Sales Manager) and Kevin (Salesperson) were fine to deal with, and I must say that Dave Smith in particular provided great service. He is the Finance Manager but goes WAY beyond the normal scope of those duties in servicing his customers!

Not only am I grateful for the consistent courtesy and kindness exemplified by the staff at Tower, there is a specific team that I feel deserves to be recognized. Amber Savitsky in the Express Service Department and mechanic Matt Gagne truly and consistently go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met, my services are completed in a timely matter, and that I leave genuinely comfortable and happy after visiting. Amber consistently works collaboratively with me to diagnose my needs and ensure the service delivered is not only timely, but within my budget. Further, if there are any issues with timing, Amber provides me with the details of the service plan and provides me with a rental vehicle so that I am still able to commute to and from work during service.



I truly believe that the level of service, graciousness, kindness, and efficiency at Tower Chrysler is unparalleled and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to any one who is in need.

Me and my wife were shopping around for used vehicle

and this is the 1st time we try to look in Tower Chrysler Dodge, Frank approach us in parking lot and he is very helpful, patience and very accommodating to find the vehicle we want also Chris is awesome, he provided us a great service and not only that he allow us to test drive the van and let us drive home the van with us on same day as soon we got approved for vehicle. Truly this two gentlemen were very professional in there on ways dealing with customers or client, you guys are lucky to have this employee who is talented also have a great skills to deal with client needs.

This was not the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had after the Jeep Cherokee, Tower brought in from another dealership, arrived not as advertised. The issue was not Tower’s fault but they worked with me to solve a problem the originating dealership refused to acknowledge. I had nothing but great service even after my vehicle purchase and right through my warranty. I take away the one star because of the oil change department was to long of waits for me. So I didn't get to use my life time oil changes although I payed for them.

We have brought our van in for recall and warranty work three times in the past 6 months. Each time we bring our van in it seems something else breaks directly as a result of the work being done. Example- We brought our van in and it was noted some work needed to be done on the transmission. The work that needed to be done was under warranty so, all good. The day after we picked the van up we noticed a leak. Turns out while they were "fixing" the transmission they messed something up and the transmission started leaking. Took almost a week to get this fixed. Then we had a air bag recall "fix" and now our horn doesn't work. Didn't figure this one out until I was almost run off the road and had no way of signalling to the other car that they were drifting into my lane. We keep giving Tower Chrysler chances and they keep screwing up. Brutal service and response times, and terrible work. If you need service work done I suggest finding another dealership or mechanic.

Tower Chrysler...Sure feels like a Classic Bait & Switch! They put an add on FB and on their web site, 2017 JKU Willy with only 4000KM for $35K. Inquire on line and it's still available, cool.
