Tower Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We had Dennis assist us with the trade in of our old vehicle and purchased a new Durango. He was very down to earth and professional. We felt at ease and were never pressured. Dennis got us very good value on our trade in. He also got us a the deal we were looking for on the new vehicle. It was a wonderful experience.

My wife and I were in the initial stages of shopping for an SUV and went in wanting to take a look at a Grand Cherokee. The sales guy sat us down and started taking information such as our address, emails and phone numbers. I then asked him why this is all relevant if we just want to have a look at a vehicle to which his response was “if you just want to look at a vehicle then you can do it online”

We went there for a new car. The staffs are very helpful and patient. They clearly knew what we wanted and most importantly, they gave us a very good deal on the car. What a such satisfied buying experience.

I went to find a new vehicle after mine was written off. Dennis approached my daughter and I and made us feel at ease right away. The staff there are extremely caring and helpful. Dennis went above and beyond me so I could leave, getting something I wanted and needed. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for vehicles. Jeff was an amazing finance officer and Byron helped with the approval. Patrick one of the managers made sure we were comfortable and offered drinks. It was my second time dealing with Tower Chrysler, and they were my first choice when considering trading in my truck from the great experience I originally had a few years ago. I don't live near Calgary, so this was also my first experience vehicle shopping over the phone, which I did not expect to progress to a purchase, but due to the high quality staff, it did. The whole experience was very positive, and the staff were very helpful and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend Tower Chrysler and will continue to return to this dealership in the future.

I call regularly for my husband's vehicle and I'm please to talk to Liz Motty. She's always so pleasant and wonderful to talk to! She follows up when I need and I'm always happy to hear from her. It makes our car needs effortless as we have had bad experiences with some dealerships in the past. The service all around from when we call, to when we pick up our vehicle is always great!!

My intent was to view a Jeep the other day. As luck would have it, Frank had his personable professional welcoming attitude that seems to win me over from my first purchase last year. With his help I drove a 2017 Jeep Laredo out of the lot. The people that were instrumental in owning the Jeep were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Tower to my contacts, including my family. I was equally impressed to be identified as a VIP. The only blip, if it is, was it would of been nice if they had thrown in a hood deflector. Shame should there be rock chips and bug stains....thank you.

This is further to the previous post/review. Tower Chrysler certainly goes beyond satisfying their clientele/customers. When they heard I had gone out for an aftermarket hood deflector, they immediately made good on their promise and reimburse the cost of the item. It is why I have made Tower Chrysler the only dodge destination to meet all my transportation needs, aside from the professional kind people working there!

I was in with my daughter to replace her vehicle. We dealt mostly with John Assef and Nels Kelly. Nels reviewed all of my daughters financial information from her last auto loan a day or two in advance called us back when they had a selection of vehicles available that met both her driving needs & preferences and her financial situation. Nels was able to explain the options quite clearly and answer all our questions about alternatives. We had dealt with John on the last vehicle and both times found him to be excellent! I am not a big fan of car salesmen but found him to be very open and honest and he sincerely tried to do everything he could possibly do to make us happy and satisfied with the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, either new or used. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that we did have to wait longer than expected for the paperwork to be completed; however, we were dealing with Byron for this and, in his defence, he had to spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the banks to get us the rate we wanted. Overall, it was a positive experience and I believe my daughter is very happy with the results. Thanks guys!
