Tower Cleaners - Cranston

We tried this dry cleaner once, I dropped off one load of clothing. When I went to pick up all the cleaning I was informed that the computer showed one pair of pants were still at the cleaning facility for some reason, and I'd have to return later to pick that up. When I got home I found it was one of my wife's pants that got left behind, but we also noticed my suit's pants were processed, but the jacket was missing. They did not have the jacket in their system and had no idea where it was. Fortunately for us, someone else returned the jacket, probably because they didn't want to pay the $14.08 it cost for the suit jacket to be cleaned. When going to pick up the jacket, it was not a smooth process, I had to stand and wait a while for computer stuff to be done.

In summary, it took me 3 separate trips to get one load of clothes, and they lost a suit jacket for several days, until it was returned because of someone's honesty (or because they wanted the refund on the cleaning), and we were still charged for the jacket, after all that hassle.

I'd be afraid to go back and try again, and would not recommend. Especially since the pricing does not seem very competitive.
