This is a great gym and they are very accommodating and professional. It is a clean and new facility with something for everyone. Would recommend this gym to anyone!

Your policies are doing more harm then good. I can understand the need to protect your buisness from outside trainers but the environment you're promoting is dangerous. Where other members can't speak or help correct a mistake that could be potentially fatal for fear of losing their memebership. Your gym cares more about profit than your patrons.

Your policies are a joke, thank god I found out about them before I purchased a membership. To think my tax dollars went into this place.

Wow. After reading your policy about how no one can help give advice on how to workout properly- I wouldn't set foot in this establishment and I highly suggest anyone considering to be apart of the gym find somewhere that you can have a workout buddy. I don't know where I would be without the helpful insights of members and friends to make sure I'm working out properly and not hurting myself. So disappointing to hear about.

Especially if you live under the same roof that's a BIG No No��

Used to be such a good gym before new management and policy's came into affect. Good chance you'll be losing my business after my membership expires. Highly suggest you re-word your training policy so that I can actually talk to my spotter. Also wouldn't hurt to service your equipment more often and change the new equipment layout back to what it was before.

Terrible customer service, and literally a complete waste of money. Can't tell someone not to lock their legs on a leg press without getting blasted. Sorry no one wants to watch someone snap both their legs. And your policies might be fair if you had a trainer on site 24/7 that actually knew anything about nutrition and fitness. Ill pass, better places to spend my money and support. Don't need anymore money hungry pricks around, especially when they're willing to let customers hurt themselves instead of proactively providing assistance, sorry but you can't legally terminate anything for giving someone lifting advice when part of your membership clause is that you sign personally health responsibilities and injuries to yourself so the multiplex isn't responsible. Enjoy losing all of your business, and having to explain to authorities how this all came about.

Taking advantage of your customer base is not smart, people are smart enough to tell when they are being cash grabbed. This sort of crap should stay in Denmark.

New policies say you can't help others or talk to others about working out unless you pay for their own contracted personal trainers. That's what you call "business suicide". Do not go to this gym. Wonder what they will put in there next after it closes down.

I was going to buy a membership along with my boyfriend so he could show me how to properly work out so I don't hurt myself. But with your bullshit rules on "no giving advice" because that considers them a "trainer" is complete crap. I refuse to try to better myself within such a shitty atmosphere. Also I hear the employees are compleat jerks which makes me not want to step foot in your facility. Highly disappointed for such a small town business.

How the f@#k you think you can demand your customers to use your overpriced trainers by telling them they can't get advice from friend's, you've just committed business suicide.. look out Snap Fitness and GoodLife memberships are gonna be flying in
