Kareem helped us find an awesome truck and was knowledgeable and very friendly! He worked hard to make sure we got what we needed. I usually hate going into dealerships, but Toyota City has a relaxed friendly environment. All the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

We have owned a Toyota for a number of years and decided it was time to look at a Rav4 . We looked and spoke to several Sales People at numerous Toyota Dealerships in the Edmonton area . We are a 30 minute drive from Wetaskiwin, AB and decided to stop in at Toyota City . We spoke with Joanne who was knowledgeable and pleasant Salesperson and best of all appreciated her ”no pressure “ attitude .

All the staff encountered at Toyota City were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The parts manager, Wendy Ashwell took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car ( and there were several things) and what needed to be done. Even though I know nothing about the mechanics of cars, she made it very easy to actually visualize what was needed. Top marks to her!

We purchased a used Toyota Highlander last week, July 31 to be exact. We dealt with Joanne Link and found her to be knowledgable and willing to listen to our likes and needs. My husband and I just picked up our third Toyota vehicle and some big big thanks to Dylan Trudeau, Yoomi Kim Bernice Chambers, and Matthew Gawne....These wonderful people went above and beyond once again to get use what we wanted at a price we wanted....I can not say enough about the service, care and attention we receive every time we walk through the door be it to purchase a new vehicle or for our scheduled maintenance.

Received fantastic service..., from the Sales Rep showing and instructing me on all the new perks on the 2016 Yaris to the Finance Manager assisting me with the financing and providing me with all the information I needed to make my decision. The drive from Vegreville to Wetaskiwin and Legacy Toyota was worthwhile. John Hobden was friendly, knowledgable and helpful in assisting us in our decision to purchase a 2016 Camry. The manager of Legacy brought the Camry that we purchased to our attention. His knowledge and expertise swung our decision to purchase that day.
