Sucks busy hot in here kids crying all ovr🎈 😒

The prices are quite steep. They have a good selection of products and online service is good. However, most of the staff are quite slow to serve customers.

Decent enough location. Better than some, but lacking in variety compared to some other locations. Still my go to toy place for my kids. Close and convenient.

While visiting from the States, we wanted to purchase a child's magnifying glass. At Market Mall, Calgary, Toys R US, the lad Augusto stopped what he was doing, and showed what was available quickly and politely. He helped us decide to buy a mag glass.

After much debate we finally chose a stroller for our first child. Went to buy it today - and what... it's 15% off today and tomorrow only ?? Awesome right? NOPE! Leave it to Toys R Us to put something on sale that you cannot buy online or in any store in Calgary. Then on top of that the sale girl quickly moved on to someone else while I was holding items for another baby registry, and the other girl there wasn't trained enough to ring it in. I just got the hell out of there. Super disappointed with this place - also with the selection available to pick from on the registry - you have so much more available in store.

Can be a bit extra hectic as attached to the mall but usually good customer service at the desk.

Today I met a Toys"R"Us customer service representative. She was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for making my daughters day!

My daughter got a box of Lego for $89 from this particular location. When she opened it, she found the Lego in a zip lock bag, then we realized the box had been retaped.

We went back to this store, the manager claimed that they would never resell a box of Lego that had been opened. In a word, she didn't believe us, and refused to let us exchange it.

One must carefully inspect a box of Lego before buying it from this store location.

This store has been here for many years, and it's always so disorganized and staff are hard to find. I'm not sure how anyone can ever find anything here without spending hours. Lots of parking in the mall and easy access from outside.
