Has anyone seen our Santa? Our inflatable Santa went missing last night. He was weighted and tethered down...so not blown away. there was a possible siting in the Tuscany School field but when we went back he was gone. We would love to have him back as we are not able to replace him this year. (not exactly as shown but similar)
Come join us for pictures with Santa, crafts, specialty coffee, treats, live music and holiday cheer! Sponsored by Cory Liss Orthodontics.
Rink Schedule for December 10th to January 8th
The Rinks are OPEN! Please remember that it is early in the season and we have natural ice. We will continue to build and maintain over the next few weeks and we will make the nets available when daytime temperatures remain below zero (fingers crossed; next week). Thanks to our amazing crew for getting us up and running!
Our Winter Program Guide is now available and registration is open online. There is something for everyone. Small class sizes and amazing instructors all close to home.
Visit www.tuscany-connect.com for more information and to view the guide.
Due to our Winter Family Movie Night, Open Gym will end at 3:00pm on Friday, December 7th. Hope to see you at the Movie Night.
The Winter 2019 Program Guide is now available on line. Registration opens Friday, December 7th @ 9:30am online.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT THE TRA RINKS TO OPEN FOR THE SEASON? When the daytime temperature is -5 degrees Celsius and the night time temperature is -10 degrees Celsius and holds steady for at least one week we will begin the ice making process.
Please visit www.tuscany-connect.com, Facebook and Instagram for regular updates as the season progresses.
Santa Letters start today.
Due to our Craft and Bake Sale today, there will be no open gym until 4pm. Come check out all the great crafts and yummy treats!
Sneak Peek Week is back! December 3-8. Come try an adult fitness class for free.

We are looking for a few more to join our Outdoor 3 on 3 Hockey League that will run Thursday nights at the Tuscany Club starting mid December (weather permitting). We are especially in need of goalies, but all positions welcome. Teams are made up of 6-8 players (Tuscany Resident Association Members) and we are hoping to run a 10 week program if Mother Nature cooperates. The cost is $300 per team. Please email recreation@tuscanyclub.ca for more information.
Only 9 tables left!
Just a reminder that all Monday programs will run as usual on November 12th.
Fall 2 Gym Schedule: November 5-December 22

Come see the Polar Express on the big screen...popcorn included. Free to all Tuscany Residents.
Awesome fitness classes! They have the best Zumba instructor! Best ‘amazing abs, buns & thighs’ instructor! Love the skating rinks, amazing outdoor lighting, great children’s programming, holiday programming, special events and a water park. We are so lucky to have this facility close and accessible.
This is a social club for the resident members of Tuscany Here the members and their family enjoy certain facilities Moreover they can rent the club hall fr their different function
Children can learn dancing skying or play indoor games during winter and use the skating ring as water pool during summer There are also facilities for seniors and elder members
All in all it a good recreation centre for the members and their families
Just wondering if anyone has information about the trees that were recently planted near where the firehall will be built and then recently all removed! Seems like an uneccesary waste to me!
These are the best tennis courts in the city. However they are inaccessible for no reason. I am forced to pay into the Tuscany club, this year you resurfaced the courts. The total cost of a project like that is huge. To add a secondary entrance on the SE corner would have basically cost nothing to do. I had several meetings over the past few years with management to explain a simple solution. It was completely ignored to purposefully keep the courts that I pay for inaccessible. I am a gold medallist Paralympian who gives back to the sporting community in Calgary constantly. I stopped in today and took some photos of the courts. I am not even entirely sure it's legal the way it is. I have been in 2 times since resurfacing to explain my situation and they haven't cared one bit.
