Great service here the associate I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher I was interested in and the delivery men unpacked it before bringing it in.

Fast informed service. Spectacular delivery: on time, clean, polite, efficient. Could not have been better!

I Purchased a new over range microwave from this location, I had to drive across town to pick it up at the warehouse which was not an issue but a bit of an inconvenience. The issue I had was after about a week after I had it installed, The second or third time I used it there was a big spark from the supplied inner rack that left a big burn mark and a hole in the brand new unit. I walked in to the store at which I purchased it with some pictures of what had happened. When I talked to a customer service rep I was given a blank look and was told "So what do you want me to do about it". When I proceeded to ask what their warranty policy was I was told I would have to take it down myself and take it to another location where they would look at it but I would be charged for the repairs. On a expensive unit that was only two weeks old I was not very impressed. I will not be back to buy any further appliances.

Alex did a very neat and tidy install of our dishwasher. A more professional job than who ever put the original one in when the house was built. He also showed up with in the time frame he gave when he called in the morning.

I walked in here over 10 years ago and received great service from Ken. I've since had to visit a few more times and always plan my visits around his hours by calling ahead. He is a great and knowledgeable guy. He deserves to commission and the store has great options and selection plus there is always items on sale.

Very helpful. Didn't have the part I needed in Stock, but they got it the next day.

Staff kept pushing 'scratch and dent' and markdown merchandise. When it was clear we were not interested tried to sell the larger unit (when our specs were for the smaller unit) Clearly only interested in markup. Lost the sale.

Recently purchased a washer dryer pair from Melina at this location. She went above and beyond to just about match a deal offered by a competitor who was offering a sweet deal but couldn't deliver for a month.

The delivery was right on schedule and the two guys did a great job. They were missing a special piece required to handle splitting the cold water line, after which I was told someone would be in touch about getting the part and finishing the install. I ended up talking to Melina and was able to go to the store to grab a new set of hoses that included the missing part - free of charge of course.

After mentioning I could probably finish the install myself, Melina told me they'd be happy to refund my install cost. There was also a thumbnail sized dent in the front panel of the washer which we agreed we were okay with for a 100$ credit.

So there were some hiccups but at the end of the day I have an awesome washer dryer combo, saved some money, and felt like my business was appreciated and valued. Melina took good care of me and I appreciate that a lot.

Would happily use my purchasing power there again!

Hi. I purchased roughly about $25000 of appliances from here. At the time of buying the products they were very attentive and great. We recently went back to get some guidance and help from service and got the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. They treated us like a nobody and practically told us it's our problem and should figure it out ourselves. Even the manager(a short semi heavy guy) he told us his the shop manager and gave rude gestures and rude answers and when we said your being rude he shrugged his shoulders and said ok. For ex:
When should we change our filters?
Managers answer: when your water stops.
What filter do we use?
Managers answer: What color do you want?

These kind of rude ignorant answers isn't what I expected and would tell every possible person and builder I know not to deal with Sunridge Trail Appliance. There were other people looking and left after us too. I'm still struggling with filters and service yet I don't even know who to go to.
