My husband and I went to "just look" at some trailers as we have never owned one but enjoy camping and the outdoors. Our salesman Kevin was awesome to work with. He was extremely patient and only showed us what was within our size and price preference. After many questions and a few changes in minds, with Kevin's help we found the perfect trailer for our family.
We have had positive experiences all the way through. We have had to bring the trailer in for tweaks and touch ups but the dealership has been extremely accommodating and everything has been hassle-free.

We can't overstate how pleased we are with the service we received at Trailblazer RV. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. We went to the dealership no less than 3 times before we finally purchased our trailer. Each time, either Paul or Kevin took the time to show us yet again, the unit we were interested in and answered all our questions.
When we went to pick up our trailer, we were VERY happy with the walk-through. Gary went above and beyond to guide us through our new purchase, demonstrating all the appliances and hookups, leaving us feeling confident with our trailer when we left. Meanwhile, our vehicle was being set up with the electric brakes and hitch by Trevor.
The entire pick up process was seamless, and helpful; right down to the walk-through of what is available in the supply area, and again, without pressure to purchase anything.
It is without hesitation that we recommend Trailblazer RV. It is worth the short drive to the Devon Hwy to get exemplary service!

This is the 3rd new trailer we have purchased and was by far the best experience. Kevin was very pleasant to deal with and showed us exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure and everyone was extremely accommodating with our questions and requests. The parts department has been very helpful and if they don't know an answer they find it out, even if it is parts for the old trailer we are still selling and not the new one. We hope this trailer lasts us years to come but are pretty sure we know where the next one will come from.

Sales - Chris Graham in Sales was not only terrific working with my wife and I on our last trailer purchase, he was very patient with us as we occupied a lot of his time when we were going to make a change a few years later, to decide only to stick with our Spree. Every time we drop in, if Chris is there, he is always sure to stop us to say hi however normally spending a fair amount of time with us chatting. Thanks, Chris, for all you've done for us!
Service - Rae-Anne in Service has been phenomenal to deal with since Day One. Throughout the 10 years we have been dealing with Trailblazer, Rae-Anne has always been a pleasure to deal with and has always gone above and beyond! Thank you very much Rae-Anne!!
Our most recent experience with this type of exceptional service was just over a week ago. On the Saturday night of the long weekend, we were going to put out our dinette slide to finish packing up the trailer as we were scheduled to leave Sunday morning for a week of camping...when the slide failed :( . As it was the long weekend, we had to wait until Tuesday morning to see if Trailblazer could help us out. My wife and I arrived at Trailblazer before they opened, with NO appointment. Julia in Service saw us sitting in the parking lot and came over to us. I explained what had happened and that due to it, we had already lost 3 days of camping. Long story short...Trailblazer took us right away and diagnosed the issue to be a failed slide controller. Unfortunately, they did not have one is stock however in true Trailblazer fashion, they pulled a controller out of one of their new trailers to get us on our way! Now THAT is exceptional service!!!

Awesome staff from sales to service. Our first time buying a trailer EVER. They answered every newbie question and query several times. Showed us everything we needed to know... a few times..from hook up to disconnect. Made sure we were knowledgeable and safe . Feel really confident and happy with the service. Bought a new camper recently. Daniel, our sales guy, was awesome from start to finish. Very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. We got a fair deal on our trade and no surprises. The service department was also great.

Wow!!! From the moment we sent an email inquiring about a certain RV on the lot all the way to picking it up and taking it home! Wow!!!
