Trailer Town

My wife and I just took delivery of our 2018 Nash 26N. From the moment that we first contacted the staff there was no pressure to purchase only friendly help.
Even the day we picked up our unit we were impressed with all of the help we received.
We would highly recommend Trailer Town to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Everyone was very pleasant and worked closely with us to find an solution that worked for our trailer dreams and our wallets. Not pushy at all and very accommodating with our work schedules. Arctic fox is an amazing brand and they are represented by amazing staff at trailer town. Thank you everyone for the new trailer, we are very excited.

I am looking for a new trailer or 5-th wheel. upon entering the store the salesman behind the desk was very friendly and respectful I asked if it was ok for me and my bulldog to go and look at some trailers. as he was busy he said help yourself and thanked me for checking in. while looking at a trailer a sales-lady came out opened the door and without even saying hello said "you should not be here." regardless if she was speaking to my dog or myself I did not appreciate the lack of respect. I simply said ok I will go somewhere else. I will not be making my purchase at trailer town and I recommend shopping elsewhere as its not good business practice to say one thing and have someone else say something different.

Had a wonderful experience!! Salesperson was not pushy. Went above and beyond. Purchased a used trailer and are in love with it.

Purchased a new Fox Mountain, happy with our purchase. The staff were helpful and professional from start to finish. Would recommend them to all.

We are not going to go into the exhausting and frustrating reasons why Trailer Town has disappointed us in so many ways. Anyone paying good money for an RV should be treated with respect and honesty. There are plenty of good RV Dealerships to do business with so shop around. I have to highly agree with the review Paul Karchut wrote. This is NOT a 5 star business at all…. doesn't even rate as a one star. I'm surprise they are still in business the way they treat their customers and the lack of knowledge they have on RVs.
