I was reassessed because of a mistake Doug Made on my return and now owe 1700.00 when I asked him for help he told me there was nothing he could do but offer an apology. Simply put No guarantee and ripped off. Not even and offer to refund the amount he charged me to do my tax for that year. Unprofessional Doug
