Visited the Blarney Castle and Gardens today. It is said if you kiss the Blarney Stone you will be blessed with the “gift of gab”. The site had sooo much more to offer than the stone, the castle and gardens are beautiful and full of surprises. 💞

Had a great day at James Fort today! It is one of two star shaped forts in this area! Very cool to walk around the ruins!
Well I officially live in Ireland!! I have a place to live, a job and a bank account! ☘️ Couple more little things to register for and I'm all set. Is it everything I thought it would be? Maybe not but I'm gonna see where it leads me 😘
Anyone who knows me knows that I am an animal hugger!! And therefore not so fond of zoos or any attraction that may not be the best for the animals involved. I visited Fota Wildlife Park the other day in hopes it would be better, and I was not disappointed!! Many open air spaces and animals cohabiting! And while there is always room for improvement mainly for the giraffes and big cats from what I witnessed, it puts other "zoos" I visited to shame!! The big cat pens where huge compared to others I've seen. 💜🌈🐯🦁🐒
About to take my first train ride! Hopefully I get off at the right stop!! lol wish me luck 🌈☘️
