Would give zero if it were an option. They LIE, THREATEN and hold you accountable for mistakes they make. They screwed up my account and a year later tried to get $1500 form me. Spoke to ombudsman office, they agreed I did nothing wrong and should not be held accountable for their mistake. Thought the situation was settled but another year later they came back after me again threatening my credit score if I don't pay $1500. I was a client for 15 years and this is how I'm treated.
Business should be forced to close I cannot do this so at least I took my business elsewhere and now am fighting this situation.
scammers to the max thinking if i should sue for how terrible it has been and yeah this company is known for being bad it is because they scam you at any chance they can my car was put as a write off at 3400$ they offered me 3200$ check and i still had to pay a bank loan and the car payments and a detectable even tho the police report said i was not at fault then they did not even inform me of it being a write off and the guy who told the RENTAL CAR COMPANY who has no business knowing about it was a write off without me knowing or asking so yeah this company never use them
After having a fender bender accident in February, they doubled my premium. Called and asked if this is normal considering it was just a small first accident with no other claim history and was told on a very dry tone that it does not matter how big or small the accident is, the impact on the premium cost is the same. Ended my policy with them in November and looked for a quote somewhere else. When the new broker ran the report, they said Dominion states they also fixed my car and not just the third party one, which is a complete lie, I fixed my own car.
I am also having to deal with Laurie Bailiss, Claims Adjuster at Dominion General Insurance Company . She is aggressive, abbraisive, shes extremely rude, and she lies about everything including information on your AB-4 (physio report). She will definitely give you the run around and prolong the process.
