As a Registered Massage Therapist with a 2200 hour diploma, I travel to your home and bring everything needed for the massage. I do massages for all sorts of people. Ranging from adolescents, high level athletes to the elderly.

I use a wide assortment of different massage techniques including Trigger point Release Therapy, PNF stretching, pin and stretch (similar to ART but a little different), cupping and myofascial release (with a tool as as well as my hands).
