Tremar Computer Solutions

Brought my computer in after having issues following a virus software update. Diagnosis was a motherboard that would have to be replaced and got told building or buying a new one would be the best and cheapest option.
Went to another local place for a second opinion and they fixed the issue by removing the virus software that caused the trouble, installed a new one and it was working the same day for less than a hundred bucks.
Not impressed, would not recommend.

12 year customer who will never go back after my last two experiences there. If you are looking to have your requests totally ignored while they try to upsell on equipment that had nothing to do with why you walked in the door then this is your place.But if you want your computer repaired drive right on by and go elsewhere

So grateful!! I am leaving town for a week and I couldn't make it to the store before they closed for the night and I wouldn't be able to pick up my packages, but luckily I phoned ahead and they waited around after their hours of operation until I got there!!

I called to ask hours to pick up an important parcel while I was on my way there, just to be sure. I would have arrived 3 minutes after closing - they wouldn't wait. I get that it's after close technically but there is something to be said for going above and beyond (3 minutes) for customers. I would not hire them to repair my computer for the simple fact that this employee would only do exactly what is required of them and not exceed expectations and wow customers. As a business strategist, I don't recommend "bare minimum" as a winning business strategy. Just saying....

Excellent people. I enjoy coming their. My usual need is purolator service. I like that whoever is serving me from owener to other company representatives i think Christine and one more guy they always there for me for as long as i need and do their best to explain questions i have. Also i liked that they are planning to upgreat their place and hopefully add something for children while they wait for parents.
