Great company

Worst home builders I've ever dealt with. I had to sue them just to get what I paid for.

Do not buy Trico!! City inspector "this is a terrible installation, this untreated wood open to elements outside of any building flashing envelope will rot from moisture or direct contact to water". Cut so many corners in structural and important building principles! They cut these corners and put a fancy tap in the kitchen instead.. I have no drip edge and a terrible roof installation "To not install a drip edge as a roofing company is to basically do the cheapest and worst installation possible. I would be worried about how else they cheeped out building your home as its incredibly cheep to install drip edge" Guns N Hoses Roofing. The drip edge would have only cost $600 when doing the roof, also the flashing does not even come flush to the roof, this now has untreated wood exposed to the elements because of a pethetic installation. Trico will not fix it and they have seen the pictures below... I ask you if they should be proud of the level of quality shown in this picture... this home was built in 2013. DO NOT BUY TRICO, THEY CUT THE CORNERS ON THE THINGS THAT MATTER

I just recently bought house built by Trio homes in Evanston NW CALGARY which is awesome and excellent construction with zero findings during procession walk though prior to closing.
Sale staff was good and very cooperative especially Ryan Campbell and his associates .
Being our of country during construction of my home, Trio homes was performing excellent job to keep me posted bout progress and quality of work done by their site inspectors.
I strongly recommend you to use Trio homes which will build your dream house with lots of upgrade.

I love my Trico home! The sales staff were great to work with. They always had time for me and my questions. They really worked on getting to know me and help me choose the right colours and finishes for my style. They never got tired of me coming by with questions or just to look around again (almost every weekend!). During my move in walk-through the staff never made me feel 'picky' when I pointed out the little flaws I found, in fact they helped me find them! By the time I was done, they already had people coming through fixing things that were identified. The 90 day inspection was done on time and the follow up on the concerns I had was done quickly after that. All staff that I have encountered have been wonderful. The home itself is perfect!
