The most dishonest plumbing companies in the city. They have a great sales team- they push for sales and will try to hold you as hostages . I represent two condo boards and suggest all the board members to stay away from TM.

I would give ZERO stars but thats not an option.All I asked was for a technician to come and change the Air Conditioner filter. The technician then tells me the cooling coil needs to be clean, OK fair enough, clean it. I'm then charged for 2.5 hours of work. The air conditioner stops working 3 days later and I call for another technician to come out. He says he fixes it. Leaves, by this time I have managed to wrack up a $650 bill until our Air Conditioner stops working AGAIN a week later. So this time I call another company to come look at the unit. Turns out our cooling coil WASN'T in fact cleaned and the filter was sitting right outside the slot it was supposed to be sitting in. So our unit was being caked with even MORE dirt than it already had. Our unit also had a leak from whoever came to check it either of those 2 times and had to be fixed today as well. So essentially the technician who came the first time didn't do a damn thing because the filter wasn't even installed. So thank you trotter and morton I now have ANOTHER big bill to pay. I will be calling this company in the future.

Good company to work for. Well organized group and very knowlegeable people in their occupations. Willing to teach skills acquired. The south hospital was very crowded environment with 400 plus electricians and apprentices in spring of 2011. But it was it was I worked on some 4'' Emt at the time and solid 4'' cast pipe, heavy stuff. Added note their was an a desk jockey who looked like Rodney Dangerfield's son, spitting image.

Unfortunately our property management hired them for a clogged toilet in my unit and about a month later i was charged 874$, which was a very small job that was completed about in 2-3 minutes. And no one really told me that it is related specifically to my unit, otherwise i would never hire them, just find someone else and pay much less. And their customer services was not good either. Do you best to stay away from these guys.

They are Mechanical contractors Well established company been around for years very reputable I don't work there

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! technician had to do a call back and was out of this world rude to me for HIS mistake... Called customer service and they were also useless. the problem with my furnace is still not fixed. I believe the techs name was Cameron Janzen avoid him and this company at all costs. Not sure how you can go into peoples houses for a living and not have basic manners... didn't even take his boots off.

Sold me on 3 day weekends. Suprise suprise, tried to squeeze overtime out of me. Told I was raised by two men, by a someone who was then promoted to forman, without a Red Seal. Gave them two weeks notice when they tried to sit me down to discuss my performance, after I called them out of safety infractions. I was told to leave the site the next day.
