It is with genuine pleasure and satisfaction that we recommend a Truman Home to anyone who is in the market to build their next home. Like many others who decide to make the plunge to build, we found ourselves in the middle of an ocean not knowing the best direction to swim towards. We had a lengthy list of specific wants and desires, without any real knowledge the best way to proceed. The entire Truman family helped made the process and planning a breeze and lived up to customer service which in our opinion is standard leading. Their forward vision and craftsmanship can be seen throughout the home and design. No request was too menial or frivolous- any change we brought forward were welcomed. Everyone we had encountered were pleasant and courteous, the subcontractors they use shared the same values and high standards, we never felt uncomfortable with them at our home. We can’t say enough good things about Truman Homes, and neither can our friends and family when they are here. A special thank you to Dipali, Jesse Ann, Jeff and Justin for a job masterfully done. Amazing home, good quality except for no cocking on the bathtub and sink. Lazy but everything else was great. Upgrades were expensive though. Buyer beware of the cost of upgrades. Their choice of countertops is small and at a flooring store. Silly. Well done though

The moment I opened the doors to the Reflection Townhomes in Chestermere, the service I had received from the sales manager Barry was phenomenal! It shows that the company truly stands behind their products, and is catering what the customer wants and needs. I did shop around at other builders around Calgary and area and by far Truman as the best service and are welcoming! This is my first big purchase and I'm glad I choose Truman Homes!!

A fantastic company to build your home with. All staff worked with throughout the process were an absolute pleasure to work with. They really took the time to ensure all your needs were met. After build support and follow ups were on point with the service team willing to go the extra mile to make the client happy.

Phenomenal experience dealing with the sales manager at 1741 on the weekend! He was super knowledgable about the property, the options available and helped me pick the unit that would best suit my needs. The building is in a great location and allows pets, which is great as a dog owner :) Would highly recommend Truman to anyone, as they have made my home shopping experience easy and exciting. Recently purchased a home with Truman and the experience was amazing. The sales staff were great every detail was covered and explained. Even after our lawyer messed up they quickly sorted out the situation. The quality and attention to detail from sales all the way to there site staff was great. Any questions or concerns where met with a quick response and a resolution. Thank you Truman for making the experience a good one.
