The Technology Training Centre at the UofA offers courses in everything from Microsoft Office to the Adobe Creative Suite.

The Technology Training Centre offers standard desktop application training ranging from Microsoft Office to the Adobe Creative Suite along with offering customized one-on-one or group training.

We are here to teach you!


We have your Microsoft Office needs covered, including training on upgrading to a newer version of the software. We offer courses in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Publisher, SQL, Visio, Project, Outlook, OneNote, and InfoPath.

Our graphic designers will train you in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Lightroom, and Visual Design. If you need training for your digital camera, we’ll provide that as well.


In addition to every course taken from TTC we offer:

* 6 months support on all courses by phone or email.

* Option to retake courses within a 6 month period at no additional charge.

* Top quality instructors that use each of the software packages they teach and with the ability to go beyond what is covered in the outline.



Computer Lab Rentals


The Technology Training Centre has 4 computer labs located in Edmonton, Alberta which are available year round for rental by groups and educational institutions.

Included with our lab rentals (excluding our portable labs) is complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Catering options are also available. Please contact us for a detailed quote, information on availability, multiple booking discounts, or any other inquires.

Located in the heart of the UofA Campus, with easy access from paid parking lots, taxi drop off, LRT, and Buses.

There are also numerous great amenities within a close proximity for break or lunch options.
